The apartmen is of a hight standar and located right on the Levante Beach (Costa Blanca) only 8 minutes fron the old town.
The apartmen has two large bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, wardrobe an tv, the otner room has two beds, The living room is spacious whit a double sofa bed and air condition and has tv and wifi.
The kitchen is separate from the living room and is equipped whit ceramic, marble cook top. Microwawave, coffe machine, iron, toaster, kettle an every thing you need for a great vacations the batroom has a shower and is also a pharmacy on the groun floor and clinical services a efew meters down the road. No pets or smoking allowed.
Renting apartment a long term basis (1 october_ 31 march) (€ 950) each month
