BEWARE THIS IS A FRAUD

I wish I could not put a single star. The location is great and this is maybe how they are getting people to rent this place. We paid for 9 days and left after 3. Place is completely different from what is advertised and it reecks of old wet carpet. They have an AI system to respond to guests not getting anywhere when you complain. I had to remind them that I was coming to get an answer regarding how to access the property. The property itself is nothing like the photos provided. I have started a complaint process with VRBO and I honestly hope they dont allow this property to stay in the system and that this review puts them on notice of the scam they are advertising in their site. As an attorney I hope this helps others in getting ar refund from VRBO. The owners behind this should not be allowed to put this as a habitable place. Total waste of money.
