The accommodation is located a few steps from the Retiro Park, one of the best areas of the city, with nearby stores, cafes and restaurants to make the most of your stay. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with double bed and comfortable en suite bathroom. Also a beautiful living room that shares space with the kitchen, equipped with all the implements you will need to prepare your favorite meals and a beautiful small terrace to enjoy the views of the city.

Perfectly communicated with the main points of the city. A few steps away you will have the metro stations Ibiza and Principe de Vergara from where you can access the subway lines: L2 and L9 that will connect you to all parts of the city or several bus stations nearby that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. In addition, the city offers bicycle, scooter, electric carts and motorcycle rental services.

Please note that for reservations of 28 nights or more:
- 1. You will need to sign a rental contract.
- 2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
- 3. You will be charged an additional administrative service fee of 150 EUR.

Very bad experience

Washing machine was stucked. On parents bathroom – water are not going down. On child bathroom – door not closed. Single bed is broken. Living bed sofa is not suitable for sleeping Communication with owner could not be made
