Located in the best area of Madrid, Retiro – Salamanca neighbourhood. It is a central residential area with lots of charm. In its surroundings you will find not only one of the most beautiful urban parks in Spain where you can do sport every morning or take a walk, but it is also an area surrounded by the best and most sought-after bars and restaurants that in recent times have become a benchmark.



From the apartment, and Menéndez Pelayo street which borders the Retiro, or Ibiza metro just a few metres away, you can access any point in the city in a short time. This apartment is ideal for all types of visitors and especially recommended for executives or people who need to stay a few months in Madrid.



The Apartment:



Located on the ground floor of the building, this apartment with views of interior courtyards offers plenty of tranquillity and exclusive access to a large patio terrace furnished with outdoor furniture for the private use of guests.



Please note that to access the apartment you have to go up a flight of stairs.



It is an apartment with capacity for 6 people distributed in two private bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed.

Decorated in an elegant and warm way, both the furniture and the combination of warm colours inside achieve the desired comfort and cosiness for a pleasant stay.



A complete bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus an independent water system.



The apartment has a central heating system in the building, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment.



To bear in mind:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.



Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR in cash.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Clean, neat and spartan accomodation

This property is in a good location close to many restaurants and one of the largest parks in Madrid. The place was very clean. There are two bedrooms, towels and linens were well supplied. The kitchen is small and the bathroom compact. There is a washer but no dryer. Our main complaint was regarding the amenties that we often see at VRBO properties, but not this time. A small older coffee maker was supplied, but no coffee, sugar, creamer — not even salt and pepper were in the kitchen. No paper products - other than two very small rolls of toilet paper - were supplied - no facial tissue, napkins, or paper towels.

Location is good The entrance to the terrace is thru the bathroom which is very uncomfortable. First if someone is taking a shower or had to go to the toilet,no one can go to or leave the terrace. Second it's not very hygienic to walk from outside thru the bathroom into the apartment and vice versa.

Bien situé mais beaucoup de problèmes

Appartement bien situé mais la procédure d'arrivée n'est pas la plus simple. La caution m'a été débitée 2 fois (j'ai dû me déplacer jusqu'au bureau de la société). Il m'a fallu appeler le responsable pour débloquer l'accès à l'immeuble car l'application signalait un problème de caution.... Ensuite le système d'ouverture de l'entrée par application ne fonctionnait pas (il a fallu de nouveau appeler le responsable pour qu'on nous ouvre et qu'on nous laisse ...le lendemain un clé). De plus des travaux étaient prévus dans la cage d'escalier et on ne nous a pas prévenus: Bruit horrible dans la loge du gardien accolée à l'appartement. Enfin, équipement très sommaire: vaisselle insuffisante, télé ne fonctionnant pas... Heureusement que nous faisions un court séjour... Point positif: l'emplacement et la disponibilité à toute heure de la société de gestion.
