From the apartment, and Menéndez Pelayo street which borders the Retiro, or Ibiza metro just a few metres away, you can access any point in the city in a short time. This apartment is ideal for all types of visitors and especially recommended for executives or people who need to stay a few months in Madrid.
The Apartment:
Located on the ground floor of the building, this apartment with views of interior courtyards offers plenty of tranquillity and exclusive access to a large patio terrace furnished with outdoor furniture for the private use of guests.
Please note that to access the apartment you have to go up a flight of stairs.
It is an apartment with capacity for 6 people distributed in two private bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed.
Decorated in an elegant and warm way, both the furniture and the combination of warm colours inside achieve the desired comfort and cosiness for a pleasant stay.
A complete bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus an independent water system.
The apartment has a central heating system in the building, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR in cash.

On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
