Beautifully renovated and very tastefully furnished apartment from 1880, where everything is new. Located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, on Fuencarral street, between Malasaña and Chueca. Walking distance from world famous landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Gran Vía, Plaza Cibeles, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol and Puerta de Alcalá. 10% of the rent is donated to provide shelter for Ukrainian refugees, a small contribution to those in need.

Enjoy a King Bed in the Master Bedroom which is in Suite, and Queen sleepers in the Second Bedroom and the Living Room. A fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All necessary linen and towels are provided, as well as toiletries for the first few days.

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is charming, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and modern appliances. The location is excellent—right on a lively street with plenty of shops and cafés. I highly recommend Billy Brunch next door for breakfast. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance, plus easy access to the metro and a taxi stand just around the corner. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, informative, and full of helpful suggestions.

Amazing property and location!!

This property is very clean and recently renovated and in a fantastic, central location! The metro is only a block away. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Property manager was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again! AC worked great. Full kitchen. Very comfortable and roomy!

Beautiful Madrid Apartment in Great Location

Beautifully updated and decorated apartment in a fantastic location. Great restaurants and shopping right out the front door. Walking distance to Gran Via, museums and other attractions. Property manager was there to greet us at check in with maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. Quiet, safe building.

A great spot for sightseeing Madrid

2 bedroom apartment was very clean and updated with appliances. Great location, very close to shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Our apt manager Isbelia was very informative, helpful and responsive as it was our first time in Madrid! Terrific Location and Hospitality

This apartment is a perfect spot in the lively Justicia neighborhood, close to a metro and within walking distance (1.km plus) of major attractions. The owner is very easy to deal with, and, when he is away, a local agent is wonderful and takes care of everything. This is the best apartment I have stayed at in years.

The property, furnishings, and location are excellent. The place is comfortable and includes many thoughtful details, all of which make it feel like home away from home. A special thanks for the excellent windows, window shades and shutters (to keep out the noise), and the fabulous showers. And Isbelia was very helpful.

Christmas Vacation to Madrid

This was our second time in a row at this Apartment around the same time in the year. We stayed for a whole week and just need to say that the apartment is very well equipped, in a very good condition, and very well located in the heart of city center. Also, I need to thank Isbelia, who manages the property for her kindness and going to the extra-mile if we had any questions, always answering very promptly and eager to help. Highly recommended in all aspects. We are becoming "frequent flyers" and just booked our stay for next year :)

Wonderful Madrid apartment

The apartment was just perfect for our party of four (two couples). It was centrally-located and well-appointed: everything is just as pictured. (The double sinks in each bathroom were particularly welcome!) Isbelia was also engaging, friendly and so helpful to deal with - gave us to tons of great information for things to do and see as well as her making sure we settled in well. A big thank you from all four of us and we would happily to stay again.

Comfort, location, convenience

Thanks to our hosts for a great stay. Highlights: Restaurants and shopping close by. He provided local tips before check-in. Taxi stand around corner and Metro stop too. Live in the city. Nicely decorated apartment. Master bedroom is huge, but the 2nd is a smaller bed with own bath. Great breakfast shop just out the door. Madrid is a lovely and interesting city.

Yes, there are real people out there!

Seasoned travelers that we are, I cannot recall a more personal, accommodating, honest business relationship then what we have experienced here with Mr. Rudy and Isabelia. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The excitement of the neighborhood was at the front door yet building was quiet. All daily needs within a few steps of the apartment, fully equipped for a light lunch or cook at home evening. And from the very beginning there was constant open channels of communication including a voice message wishing us well on our international flight. Highly recommend!

Very stylish Apt in heart of Madrid

Rudy has an amazing apartment located within walking distance of the coolest shops, eateries, and train stations. His Asst Isabelia coordinated with my family about check in days in advance and met us onsite that evening due to our late arrival. Rudy emailed me a great list of things to do all within walking distance.. he was so right about ToTo ice cream! Isabelia was helpful via Whats app and communicated readily via text. The only downside.. heated towel rack never worked and bathroom door of primary bathroom wouldn't stay shut. Awesome apartment otherwise.

This apartment was fantastic! Exactly as advertised with easy check-in (a little early so we could store our luggage after landing) and excellent communication. Myself, my husband, and the other couple we travelled with were all quite comfortable. The location was perfect - close to so many great areas and just 20-30 minutes walking or even faster metro rides to other sites we wanted to see. We will definitely be back to Madrid and definitely hoping to stay here again

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect - we were never too far from seeing the sights (either by foot or Metro) and we got to experience Madrid life in one of its lively neighborhoods. The apartment itself was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The host and property manager were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend this place to our family and friends and would be happy to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Madrid.

Wohnen in bester zentraler Lage

Von der Buchung bis zum checkout war alles hervorragend organisiert. Auf Fragen vor Buchung hat Rudy schnell und freundlich geantwortet.Beim check in war Isbelia vor Ort und hat die Wohnung gezeigt, alles erkärt und Fragen beantwortet.Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. In einem represäntativen Altbau belegen, chic renoviert und stylisch eingerichtet. Direkt an der lebhaften Calle Fuencarral. Man ist sofort im Madrider Stadtleben angekommen und zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants und Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab genügend Wäsche und Handtücher. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen, ein U Bahnhof ist 1 Minute entfernt. Zu Fuß erreicht man schon viele Ziele, den Rest erledigt man mit der Metro.Wir sagen Danke, und empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

It’s home to the Museum of Romanticism, the Museum of the History of Madrid, and several performing arts theaters.
