Location is absolutely perfect to walk to so many areas. Host was accommodating with check in and really no complaints at all about the stay. It's also a first floor space so easy to come and go with our stroller.

Great location. Functional apartment but needs a lot of improvement. Additional towels, as the 2 towels for 2 people and a 4 day stay was challenging, and some basic items such as dish and laundry detergent, and 2 bars of soap instead of 1 would have helped our stay enormously. We also suggest instructions for the washer/dryer which was a mystery that even a Google search couldn’t unravel. But overall it was the worn chairs, dirty sofa, mildew smelling bedding and furniture that were most disturbing. Lastly, messages left with host representative on day one were unanswered.

It’s a very nice apartment. Unfortunately, with a poorly stocked kitchen. No paper towels, pot holders, dish towel, dish detergent, spray cleaner, coffee, or other basics. Also a limited number of dishwasher tablets. We had to buy them all. It’s all too bad, since otherwise the place is very good. This was the first time we have ever had to do this with a Vrbo rental

The location was great as it was close to all the attractions. However it did get noisy at times, perhaps due to the end of the May festival. The place was clean and spacious for the 4 of us, including 2 adults and 2 teens. There are some recommendations for things like extra towels, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap. We ended up buying these ourselves. There was no ironing board but an iron was available. Also I was able to find the manual online for the washer/dryer combo machine. It’s a great machine but there were no instructions on how to use it (the symbols are different than what we’re used to). I sent host the online manual to print at least the page with symbols. I would recommend some improvements on communication (quicker response). As well the person who welcomed us to the apartment seemed rushed so we didn’t ask all the questions we wanted to ask. Finally the shower in the one washroom is pretty small. My husband is very fit but has broad shoulders and he found it very tight.

Overall a great place to stay in Madrid. It's on a busy road but it is still nice and quiet inside. It had everything we needed to be confortable. Close to many top sights No light in dark entryway my only complaint.

Great Location to Everything

My family had a great time while staying here. The location is close to many restaurants and tapas bars. We walked almost everywhere. The flat was great and worked well for our family of 4 with two grown children. Being able to have separate beds for my children was what sold me on this place. My husband loved that he could people-watch from the living room. We felt like we were immersed in Madrid. Great location, great space, and we had a great time.

Great location

This apartment is a great location for exploring central Madrid. Close enough to busiest parts but quiet. Could be a little better stocked.
