Pros:- pleasant, quiet apartment located near the Cuatro Caminos station;- the key-box check-in system is very convenient; - we were able to drop off our bags first thing in the morning, which made things much easier for us; - generally well-equipped, though we missed having a toaster (we used the frying pan to toast bread ).Cons: - it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned recently (overall it was clean, but there was some dust); - the sofa bed wasn't made up and we only had one sheet (we had to handle it ourselves, even though they knew the reservation was for 4 people); - there were only towels for two people (we had to ask for more; it turned out they were there, but inside a locked bag along with the missing sofa bed sheet and pillow cases); - communication was a bit difficult during the week (they took a while to respond on the day of arrival) and non-existent over the weekend; however, the person we spoke to was polite and managed to help resolve the situation. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay—despite the stressful moments that were eventually resolved—but there is room for improvement.

Good location, 6 min. walk to Cuatro Caminos y 15 min. walk to Nuevos Ministerios. Not human contact at all, no instructions, no recommendations, no supplies of any kind except for toilet paper and dishwasher soap. They do have plates, glasses and some pans. No towel service, clean them yourself in the washer and if you need to replace the original garbage bag buy it yourself was the owner’s quote “the city is beautiful and we just provide the room” The bathroom has a strong humidity smell and shower drains very slow. Sofa outdated bed too soft pillows too hard. Room good for two people maybe a small kid. Air conditioning is good. Neighborhood noisy and dirty, owners tell you to be quiet and considerate but you will hear all kind of noises till very late. My recommendation shop for Vrbs wisely.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien en general, igual que en las fotos. El único inconveniente que pondría es el tema de las toallas, por un lado nos faltó una toalla, y por el otro, las toallas apenas secaban.
