Enjoy the sea and the sun of Marseille with this newly renovated townhouse, ideally located a five-minute walk from the beach of the Catalans and the Vallon des Auffes and ten minutes from Malmousque and its beautiful coves.

This charming house is located in a quiet pedestrian street. It is the ideal place for a family with children. The house is entered via a pretty terrace. The first floor comprises a living room opening onto the terrace, an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a toilet and laundry room on the first floor.

In the sub-plex is a cool bedroom (partly carved in the stone) with a double bed and a desk.

Upstairs is our two sons' bedroom, where we plan to build hut beds, but for the moment one of them sleeps on a single mattress on the floor and the second on a normal single bed. There's also a bathroom with toilet and shower. Finally, a large terrace has just been built upstairs. We like to keep good relations with our neighbors, so we ask people who come here on vacation to respect the quiet.

If you come with your children, we can provide a baby bath, a highchair, and a small swimming pool for the terrace.
