Canapé clic clac dans le salon à moitié cassé, l’évacuation de la douche complètement bouchée. Odeur de canalisation dans tout l’appartement, gardienne désagréable Par contre, la seule chose au top est la terrasse

Buenos días, Siento las molestias durante su estancia en agosto de 2022. He cambiado el sofá cama porque no tenía reparación. En las fotos actuales del anuncio pueden comprobarlo. En cuanto al desagüe de la ducha y al olor, hablaré con el servicio de limpieza para que no vuelva a ocurrir. Si en alguna ocasión quisieran volver al apartamento, encontrarán estas incidencias resueltas. Gracias Bonjour, Je suis désolé pour la gêne occasionnée lors de votre séjour en août 2022. J'ai changé le canapé-lit car il était irréparable. Dans les photos actuelles de l'annonce, vous pouvez le vérifier. En ce qui concerne le drain de la douche et l'odeur, je parlerai au service de ménage pour que cela ne se reproduise plus. Si à tout moment ils veulent retourner dans l'appartement, ils trouveront ces incidents résolus. Merci
