Comfortable apartment with a fantastic view of the sea.
We were fortunate enough to stay here for 11 days in January. It's obviously a warm weather community, but we really enjoyed the community in the quiet of winter. Although it was the off season, we were able to eat out when we wanted, and shop for groceries, all within walking distance of the apartment. We walked the promenade or beach at least once a day, and found it to be relaxing, and beautiful.
The weather was accommodating, and it was warm enough to sit on the balcony in the sun every day.
The apartment is like the pictures. Comfortable, but nothing too fancy, which was fine for us. The kitchen was spacious, and had plenty of dishes, and glassware. The living room could use a small table, to have a place for a drink, or your book when you were sitting on the couch. I would also recommend adding a good, sharp knife to the kitchen supplies.
We would definitely consider another stay here, especially in the off season.

Apartamento frente a la playa
Apartamento en primera linea de playa. Ubicación perfecta. Zona de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Los fines de semana por la noche se oye el ruido de la calle. El apartamento está algo más viejo que en las fotos, pero aun asi esta limipio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas bienas vacaciones. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido. Totalmente recomendable.

Séjour à Cullera
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le temps était au beau fixe. Le propriétaire au top, du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Ivonne est également superbe, c’est elle qui nous a accueilli, souriante. L’appartement est juste en face de la plage, il a plusieurs restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le top la place de parking sécurisé. Nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir choisi cet appartement.

Perfekte Strandlage, Top Preis/Leistung
Alles war wunderbar, die Lage phantastisch. Wir konnten jeden Morgen den wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus genießen, herrliche Spaziergänge am 3,7 km langen Sandstrand unternehmen. Die Wohnanlage an sich ist alt, die Wohung ebenso, aber alles ist genau wie beschrieben, somit ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Ja, der Wasserdruck ist schwach, dies jedoch ein Problem der Region. Das Wifi hat super funktioniert, wir konnten ebenso gut kochen. Das einzige, was uns in der Küche fehlte, waren ein paar scharfe Messer und einen Kartoffelschäler. (war vielleicht gut so, denn so haben wir die Tortilla aus der Kühltheke bei Consum kennengelernt, echt lecker!). Die Kommunikation mit Michael im Vorfeld war schnell und präzise. Vor Ort hat uns Ivonne herzlich begrüßt, uns Tipps gegeben und alles erklärt. Als wir mit dem Auto Probleme hatten, stand sie uns mit Google-translate sehr engagiert zur Seite.
Cullera selbst bietet neben Strand und Promenade wenig, aber am Bahnhof kann man kostenlos parken und mit dem Zug nach Valencia fahren oder mit dem Auto der Küste entlang. Im Naturschutzgebiet nördlich von Cullera gibt es schöne Bootsfahrten (auch zum Sonnenuntergang, kleinere Boote, mehrere Anbieter). Das Einkaufen kann man gut zu Fuß erledigen, es gibt einen Shopping-Cart in der Wohnung.

Precioso apartamento con algún pero
Ubicación extraordinaria. Piso casi perfecto ... Pero el agua no tenia presión de forma que una ducha era tan larga como un baño. También los anclajes del toldo estaban demasiado oxidados y se atasco al sujetarlo. Amplia habitación de matrimonio y correcta segunda habitación de 2 camas. Cocina americana y amplio salón, muy cómodo. En la terraza solo un toldo que cubría la mitad de la terraza.

It was only about the view
We arrived at the property after a very difficult transfer of keys - the owner's agent was a lovely person but did not speak any English. The address given by the owner, when put into Google Maps, took us to a totally different neighborhood upon arrival at Cullera. Initial impression was good as the view dominates. After 5 minutes of investigation we found an old tired apartment with wind blowing through the closed windows and one visible electric heater for the unit. Subsequently found an extra heater in the bedroom closet plus a small one in the bathroom but with 3 heaters on, the circuit breaker continued to take out the power. Could only have one heater on while cooking and one heater was not enough to keep the unit warm. Note that with two heaters on the apartment was about 14 degrees C. There was virtually not enough water pressure to the point of being unable to take a shower. Even washing your hands was difficult due to the almost non existent water pressure. The hot water tank would supply enough hot water to clean dishes but there was not much more available. We slept 1 very cold night at the apartment without showers and then had to rent another hotel room at the other end of the beach for the following 7 nights. We used this suite to cook a few meals and that was about all. Also upon arrival there were no basic supplies - not even any dish washing soap or trash bags - please - just charge a couple of extra Euros per night and provide some basic supplies. We actually left spices, dish soap and some dry goods when we left. The evening before departure, the owner's agent contacted us at 2220 hours to arrange collection of keys but as we had rented another hotel room in a different building and had to leave early in the morning, we had already checked out and had left both sets of keys in the suite. The agent was not happy but we told her that most rentals give instructions to leave all keys in the suite and to lock the door. The agent should have contacted us much sooner if she had wanted to collect the keys. All in all this was an expensive mistake and the only acceptable feature of this suite was the view.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Appartement idéalement placé face à la mer et très proche de tous les commerces.
Néanmoins hormis la cuisine, le logement est plus vieux que ce qu'il parait sur les photos. Un grand merci à Ivonne qui nous a acceuillie et conseillée génialement bien.

La atención de la persona que nos recibió excepcional, muy amable y dispuesta. El apartamento está bien dotado y con unas vistas maravillosas. Lo peor la presión de la ducha, a penas sale agua.
Si viajas con niños menores de 2 años hay que tener mucho cuidado en la terraza, la barandilla tiene los barrotes muy separados y puede producirse un lamentable accidente.
