The villa is located in the urbanization of Cullera Faro del Mediterraneo. Where you can reach the beaches of Olives, Cap Blanc. and covered with great distinction by visitors for its fine sand and clear water with easy access to them without being collapsed in summer.

The house has several floors with a total of 270m2 of living space and terraces.

The street level where is the entrance door and the garage with room for two cars: is distributed in.

The middle floor has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a master suite with dressing room and bathroom. All rooms are furnished and fully equipped with bedding, bathroom and air conditioning.

Lovely property with everything you need and the bonus ….stunningly hypnotic views. Johnny and his wife were perfect hosts accommodating our unforeseen late arrival on the first day and dropping over a parasol for use on the beach. There was a water park a short drive away which the kids loved and the whole family enjoyed the amazing aquarium in Valencia. We opted to travel in by train - car park at the local station was free and the train fares so much cheaper than in the UK!! A lovely holiday all round just wish we could have stayed longer.

First off beautiful Villa with breathtaking views. The infinity pool is a heavy place to relax and cool off. The walk into town and the beach is about 5-10 mins but the walk back a tad longer as it’s up hill for those beautiful vistas.Cullera is straightforward drive from Alicante airport (about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs time of day dependant) and an easy 45 mins into Valencia which is a beautiful city and the BIOPARC amazing. The areas is warm with a slight but wonderful breeze and has places to eat, including a wonderful restaurant 180 degrees a 2 min walk from Villa. Lots of space to eat, relax including a lovely sunterrace. The only word of caution the pool is for relaxing only it’s not for gaming around in and if you have teenagers you need to know this. But close by if they like basket ball or football there is an open multi sport court off the beach where the boys chilled ever evening playing with a range of children and families. If you like chilling by the pool all day bathed in sunshine this is the Villa for you. It is spectacular for this. The host and his son are absolutely fantastic and a great help.

We had a fantastic time in Johnny’s apartment. He came to greet us when we arrived and explained everything we needed for the apartment and our week long stay in Cullera. The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. It has 3 levels that are easy to navigate. The views from every room in the apartment are of the Mediterranean Sea. Million dollar views even as you wash dishes!! My Wife, my 2 teenage Daughters and our 9 year old Son loved everything about Cullera. The pirate museum, the beaches, the small parks for kids, the botanical gardens. They enjoyed jet skiing and exploring new places to eat. We went twice to Valencia for shopping and to the aquarium. The apartment sits on a cliff overlooking the sea and you can hear the waves crashing below on the beach. It has its own private infinity pool which our children enjoyed and private garage for your vehicle. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some quality family time. The local people of Cullera are just down to earth folks that were always nice to our Kids. Totally enjoyed our stay in Cullera, Spain’s best kept secret. Tolles Haus!!!

Das Check in war wirklich toll. Der Sohn des Besitzers oder eventuell ist er auch schon der Besitzer hat uns alles schnell gezeigt unkompliziert. Eine Flasche Champagner haben sie geschenkt. Sie sind aus Bordeaux und nächstes Mal gibt es einen Bordeaux Wein😀 War wirklich alles tipptopp auch das Checkout haben wir einfach die Schlüssel hinterlegt. Liebe Grüsse Flavio P.

Très belle villa

Magnifique villa sur plusieurs niveau où chaque personne peut avoir son intimité. Annonce conforme à l’annonce avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cullera. Une semaine de rêve dans une villa à découvrir en famille ou entre amis. Merci aux propriétaires sur les conseils des restaus et des bat à découvrir dans le coin. La villa est à 40min à peine de Valence.

Una estancia tranquila con unas vistas espectaculares.

La casa muy bonita y moderna con unas vistas espectaculares, necesita algo de mantenimiento y limpieza en algunos sitios pero nada grave. La piscina preciosa con unas vistas de toda la costa y el mar, aunque al estar en una zona comunitaria hay que usarla de forma tranquila para no salpicar al vecino de abajo. Para bajar al pueblo estaba complicado, a pie son mas de 200 escalones mas unas pendientes, en coche ha sido imposible encontrar aparcamiento. En nuestro caso lo hemos pasado genial disfrutando de la casa, ya que queriamos tranquilidad y descanso.

Property is really comfortable and well appointed. The terrace and pool were amazing, with sun loungers 2 table areas and a further terrace and seating upstairs. Definitely need a car. Beaches were amazing. Very littleEnglish spoken but we managed fine. Only 45 mins from Valencia airport.

Tranquilidad y Vistas impresionantes

Hemos estado una semana y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. El anfitrión estaba esperándonos para darnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento de todo. La casa está muy bien en general, pero el piso de abajo es mi favorito. Ves toda la bahía y la piscina es una pasada, el agua a muy buena temperatura y parece que estas encima de la playa. Las cenas en la terraza fueron muy agradables. Recomiendo esta casa, aunque con niños me daría un poco de respeto la piscina.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft mit einer Wahnsinns Aussicht. Super nette Vermieter, immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir hatten einen Roller gemietet um flexibler zu sein, kann ich empfehlen. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr umfangreich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Danke! =)

Hartelijke ontvangst. Overweldigend ver uitzicht op zee en strand. Rustig gelegen waardoor we in alle rust konden genieten van het mooi terras en privaat zwembad. Vanuit het zwembad heb je prachtig zicht op de zee. Ook vlakbij restaurants en toeristische wandeldijk. Zalige locatie, netjes, aangenaam, goede airco. Een echte aanrader.

Cela fait la 2ème année consécutive que nous louons cette villa au mois d'aout. L'année dernière, nous avons rencontré des difficultés journalières avec l'entretien de la piscine, que nous avons du assurer seul. Nous avons réservé la même villa car le propriétaire nous a certifié que les problèmes liés à la piscine étaient réglés. Malheureusement, à la fin de la première semaine, le propriétaire est venu vider la piscine, car elle présentait des fissures et que le voisin du dessous avait un dégat des eaux. Nous avons été obligés de trouver en 2 heures une autre location, car il n'était plus question de passer la deuxième semaine sans piscine, ce que le propriétaire avait du mal à comprendre. Nous ne nous risquerons plus à réserver cette villa. Vraiment déçus.

Lovely stay

The property owners daughter and father let us in both are very helpful and accommodating. There were a couple of minor glitches but were corrected quickly. Located in a quiet area was just what we needed to recharge. The views were stunning . And people were friendly. You will need a car to do your shopping as it is too far to walk. We would recommend this place. Thanks again to Sarah & her grandfather for all their assistance
