A cozy and bright house equipped with everything you need to enjoy a few days of vacation. The house is divided into two floors, a lower one with a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and an upper floor in which the main room is located (bed of 1.50), and two more rooms (beds of 1.35 and 1. 05), the living room and the bathroom.
Guests can enjoy several outdoor areas full of charm, and perfectly maintained, thanks to the hand of its owner, a great lover of the garden and gardening, who pampers every detail of the house to make your stay a unique experience. It has a barbecue and a large outdoor table, as well as hammocks and other seating areas to enjoy the outdoors and the tranquility of a unique enclave, for the enjoyment of adults and children.
The location of the house is exceptional, located in the countryside of San Juan de Piñera, and just 1 KM from Cudillero, considered by many the most beautiful fishing village of Asturias, thanks among many other things, its small colorful houses and its organization as a Roman amphitheater on the Plaza de la Marina. The house is also just 30 minutes by car from the main
Asturian cities (Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés), and is close to many other towns of tourist interest (Luarca, Tapia, Luanco, Candás, etc.).
Its location will allow you to know some of the most beautiful beaches of the Asturian West, with beautiful landscapes and equipped almost all of them with the blue flag. Stand out: the Aguilar beach, the Concha de Artedo, the Playa del Silencio, the San Pedro beach, and the Oleiros beach.
The house is adjacent to the owner's house, which they can call, whenever they need it. Its main objective is that guests enjoy their stay and get a good taste in their mouths, so they will be delighted, whenever they request, to personally advise them on the main points of interest and secrets of the area.

● Route of the viewpoints of Cudillero.
● Palace of the Selgas. Located in the town of El Pito, just 2 km, is one of the most important and less known mansions in northern Spain. It is surrounded by 90000 m2 of gardens of French and English style and houses works of painters as important as Goya and El Greco among many others. The palace is open to the public during the summer months.
● Cliffs of Cabo Vidio. Abrupt cliff over 80m high above the sea that gives us unforgettable images.
● The brañas vaqueiras, with great ethnographic value.
● Hiking. Coastal route of Aguilar.
● Routes on horseback (In Lamuño).
