About this property

A 6 bedroom property, 2 minute walk to the sea front, beach and restaurants.

This fabulous end terrace property sleeps 12 guests and is fully equipped for your self catering stay.
Everything you need is on your doorstep. The beach, restaurants, park and pubs are a short walk away.
We have 6 spacious rooms. 2 super king or twin rooms (please specify),
1 king, 2 doubles and 1 twin beds.
We have a small garden with BBQ area with decking and garden dining furniture.
We do not have parking. Parking is 5 minute walk away.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for large families.
All the bedrooms are upstairs. We provide linen, bath towels and beach towels. Our bedding is anti allergy.
The twin room has a smart TV.
Free wi fi is available.
We have a high chair and travel cot for infants.
We offer a mid week cleaning service at an additional cost.
We can also supply a welcome pack of your choice at an additional cost.

Fantastic accommodation which was ideal for our extended family of 10 of various ages. Also was helpful to have the space with the rather inclement weather whilst we were there. We were pretty pleased with the accommodation - it wasn't perfectly/brand newly decorated, but think for the price it was a very good property with large bedrooms. Location is very central which was perfect for us and the garden was lovely too!

Great family stay by the coast

We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast.

This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth.

Great property, local to everything you need ! 9 of us stayed and 1 dog only problem we had is only 1 shower and that wasn’t fantastic but we managed, certainly wouldn’t stop us using it again.

Family Stay Utopia!

Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min.

Well equipped house close to the seafront

We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in.

Amazing Property

This house was perfect for our family celebration. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It accommodated our big group amazingly and the house guide manual was informative. Ian our host was a great communicator and let us have early check in which was great. We had no reason to contact Ian during our stay as everything was set up for us. We even got great weather and live entertainment with Pride weekend. We were right next to the beach for our dips. Great wee place. I would highly recommend. Thanks x

Spacious house in great location: Photos made it look higher spec than reality. Furniture was rather dated but clean. Main living area was a great social space but dark and lacked coat and shoe storage. Kitchen was well equipped but needs refurb and was small for the size of property. However, we did have a great stay overall

Good location, beach, shops and supermarkets all in walking distance. Good train and bus services to other towns. As no parking at property we used eastcliff carpark only 2 minute walk, it was cheaper for the week than the station carpark. Only downside, only one overhead shower, with three teenagers and six adults there was a morning queue for a shower. Also stairs very steep for those that have limited mobility. But overall our family enjoyed their holiday

Perfect location

We spent a long weekend, celebrating a family birthday. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Parking was easy in the station car park and not too expensive. There were lots of shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. We enjoyed a stroll on the beach and a very easy train ride to explore Dawlish. The staircase is quite steep and having bedrooms and bathrooms on different levels could be an issue for some. Also having only one overhead shower and baths rather than a shower cubicle may not suit everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Although perhaps not for anyone with mobility issues or small children.
