Small terraced house with garden, located 5 minutes by car from the town and the large Diamant beach.

The house consists of:
- a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, 2 seater sofa bed, television.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140) and closet.
- a bathroom with toilet.
- a terrace with table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
Linens and towels provided.

Vacances Martinique Le Diamant

La maison est mitoyenne, ce n’est pas vraiment un problème mais par contre plutôt mal isolée. Il n’y a pas de containers à poubelle et nous étions obligés de chargeurs les sacs poubelles dans la voiture pour pouvoir les jeter ailleurs, souvent dans des containers de particuliers parce que nous n’avions pas d’autres choix, pas vraiment top. Le week-end la circulation sur la route principale est vraiment infernale surtout le soir. Dommage parce que la location est mignonne, propre. La piscine devant la terrasse est super. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances malgré quelques points négatifs.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances malgré les soucis que vous avez rencontrés. Pour ce qui est des poubelles, nous avons opté pour ce choix pour une question d’hygiène. Le ramassage des poubelles a lieu une fois pas semaine, et c’est parfois aléatoire. Cette solution évite aux voyageurs d’arriver et de trouver des poubelles débordantes avec odeurs et petites bêtes pas très ragoûtantes. Un container se trouve juste à côté du marché. Pour la route, nous l’avons mentionnée dans l’annonce ainsi que le désagrément que cela peut apporter à certains moments (retour de plage le dimanche…).

En pleine période de coronavirus

Des hôtes très attentionnés, souriant et très serviable. Une location en parfait état. Un équipement bien adapté. Environnement bruyant, dommage, c'est le point faible de la location.
