Welcome to Wildwood and it's beautiful FREE beaches. For beach lovers, we have secured a complementary beach box, no need to lug your beach "stuff" back and forth every day. The box is 4' x 4', with a lock and will be available May 19th - September 2, 2025 for all your beach stuff...no need to drag all your beach stuff back and forth each time!!!! Enjoy the very private, large pool deck (1 block long) and large sun deck (1 block long), located above the street and boardwalk where you can choose a cabana, table and chairs, or lounge chairs for your pool enjoyment. The heated pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub is open from May 15th through October 1st. Pool hours are from 9AM - 9PM daily. The ocean and beach view from our 7th floor condo is amazing, whether you are at the dining table, living room sofas, or enjoying a beverage on our private terrace. Watch a spectacular sunset from the western entrance (front) of our condo.

Book your next vacation with the ocean views you've always wanted! This condo features a large master bedroom that includes TWO queen-sized beds, two double closets, ceiling fan, new SmartTV for streaming, DVD player in the bedroom and living room, ironing board & iron. Newly renovated bath.

The open dining & living room area features a queen-sized leather sofa and love seat (more sanitary than fabric)

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, standard coffee maker, and a new Keurig. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on our tranquil and private terrace that offers a lovely view of the beach & ocean.

Off-season rentals are also available (3-night minimum). Contact owner for any reservation questions. This is a pet-free building. Our unit is a non-smoking unit. There are designated smoking areas on the pool and sun decks. Bike racks are available and located in the rear of the covered garage on a first-come, first served basis. There are two bike rental facilities located on the South and North sides of our complex for your convenience. For everyone's safety, e-bikes are not permitted.
