3 Bedroom Wildwood Condo Short Walk to Convention Center/Boardwalk, Restaurants

This beautiful 2nd floor (just above the garages) Wildwood condo is under new management. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on the 200 block of Burk Ave. The unit has been newly furnished. Smoking is prohibited. Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday, and extended weekend rentals will be available during the off-season (September-May). Please "Ask Owner a Question" for more information or with any questions you may have.

Location: 1.5 blocks from the convention center, Across the street from Fox Park

We had a great stay. Would definitely come back again. Lindsay was super friendly and easy to work with. The condo is as advertised. Super clean, modern, well furnished and equipped, very comfy beds. Great location close to everything. One of the best places we’ve stayed!

Perfect place to stay!

I was very impressed!! Immaculate home, very comfortable beds, perfect location to the convention center, ample parking -- I would highly recommend this rental and I guarantee I will rent every year for the annual national cheerleading competition at the convention center!

Awesome Location

We had rented this condo for a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. Although our weather wasn't fantastic, we had a great time. Everything is so close by and the rooms were very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I absolutely loved the Fitz's beach house! Lindsay was very helpful with all of our questions prior to and during our stay. One huge plus was how the rooms were equipped with extra sheets, towels, etc. as back up. We were right at home! :)

Homey apartment

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to function as a family. It was a welcoming and homey environment. The apartment was clean and tidy. However, the balcony floor was still dirty with food stains and dust. I would book this apartment again for my next wildwood trip.

Loved the location and the size and layout. The kitchen was huge and nicely outfitted. Deck was good sized and we had parking for 3! Small problem with the cleaning. I just think the cleaning crew made a mistake and missed the kitchen and living room. Rrst was super clean.

Great way to end the summer...

First time staying in Wildwood (normally book the Wildwood Crest or Cape May) because people always said the area around the Broadwalk can get a bit rowdy. I'm glad I didn't listen... it actually was the best decision I made. My daughter (Age 17) invited her friends for a few nights and the location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance yet, it was quite peaceful at night. The neighbors were friendly... could not have asked for a better outcome. The unit is huge, very well maintained and we had a lot of space to chill and relax. The owner was very responsive and there were no surprises. The pictures are very accurate too. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely rebook.

We would definitely rent again, the communication was great. Very spacious, clean. One block to the beach was awesome! The only downsides, the parking is tight if your driving a full size truck & the main entrance hallway has a funky smell.

Beautiful Condo with Great Location

Stop looking - book this one! This condo is perfect. Super clean and everything is updated. Imagine a vacation rental where everything works...this is it! Appliances (large and small) are new. I really appreciated the space. Rooms are large and not cluttered with stuff. Plenty of empty kitchen cabinets to put the groceries and yet well stocked to cook. Tastefully decorated with beachy theme in a minimalist kind of way. Just loved it. Condo has a wonderful garage which is two cars deep. We parked one car in there and still had plenty of space for our bikes and beach gear. Keep the other car in the driveway for easy access. The storage locker had a bunch of new beach chairs and umbrellas. The porch furniture was really nice, comfortable and high quality. The location is great. Nice beach access runs next to the convention center. Bagel shop next door is delicious. I could go on and on. We had a great trip and would DEFINITELY return to this condo. Thank you, Lindsay, for providing a seriously high-quality vacation rental!

great getaway in Wildwood

The condo was nicely furnished and larger than expected! Loved the laundry room. balcony, walk-in closet and furnishings. The neighborhood has easy access to a number of shops and restaurants! Only downsize were some loud party people which made hanging out on the balcony a little frustrating. When they moved out everything was fine.

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Beach

We had a wonderful time. This was our first time in Wildwood. The beach was excellent! We had great weather everyday!! The condo was perfect for me and family! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great!! The balcony was nice. We were able to hear a concert perfectly, and it gave us a great view for fireworks! Our only complaint is the comfort of the patio furniture is a little less than desirable. The owner was easy to reach- we didn't need her- but communication was open and easy. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this condo! The walk to the beach isn't great, more sand walking than beach walking, but not terrible. 1.5 blocks to the boardwalk, which was great for the adults and the kids! Again, we had a wonderful time! Can't stress it enough!

Property was exactly as described and seen in listing. Location was prefect for restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Added bonus was the view from the balcony for Friday night fireworks. It was great having 3 spots for cars as we had friends/family that were also down the same time and could easily come and go. Plenty of seating for 8 and the beds were really comfortable. Could have used more cookware as we had to get creative to cook meals for 8, this was expected though. Can wait to book again.
