Come explore the excellent beach and boardwalk while living in a one-of-a-kind cozy, intimate townhome for your ocean adventures. Every kid's favorite place. No vacation to the southern New Jersey shore is complete without a stop here.

Enjoy the ambiance of a 4-PLEX townhome with OCEAN VIEWS from top 2 floors. The townhome is family owned that cares for visitor hospitality and convenience to enjoy the wildwood attractions all year long.

Important: This home is available for rental by family groups only and will not be rented to single adults under age of 25. No 'Senior' week or Prom week Rentals. Tenants are required to bring personal use items, such as, soap, toilet paper, sheets etc. Non-weekly tenants are required to take care of trash and recycle. The landlord will email instructions about a week before rental start date.

Great space for large groups. Our family of 15 came here for our beach trip and everyone had space to spread out. Good location close to the boardwalk and very walkable neighborhood. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Family Home

We were 10 total--8 adults and two toddlers. The location, the accommodations, everything was as described and what we expected. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean & kitchen had more than enough supplies that we could cook and eat meals indoors several days of the week. Great family vacation and wonderful stay. Amazing 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house

First off, the host is great to work with! The house is spacious and clean. We had 4 different families (13 people) and there was plenty of room for us all. As a side note, the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door. The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, pots & pans and there is even an instant pot to use! There’s also a washer and dryer in case you’d like to use it. I highly recommend this host and house!

I traveled to Wildwood for a short stay with 13 other family members and this rental property was perfect for us! It had plenty of space for everyone to fit comfortably! It was nice and clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and supplies for cooking! The location to the boardwalk couldn't have been better! The neighborhood was safe. Plus, there were several options for food right on the surrounding streets. The kids loved the pool! The property owner was very nice and very responsive throughout our stay! I would definately stay here again as we all really enjoyed it!

We LOVED it! Exactly what we needed, close to everything & a pool

This was the best rental we've had in the last 11 years. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Close enough for the children to walk to the beach and boardwalk but on a quiet street (in June). A small pool gave a change for the kids when the beach was windy. Nice flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The owner was polite and efficient in delivering the contract and returning the security deposit. He even provided cleaning products (hand soap, dish detergent, etc.) which we appreciated. I would rent here again!

Wonderful Wildwood stay!!

Look no further: Parag's home is a quick/easy 2 blocks from the beach- and plenty of restaurants and shops were also close-by. Our family of 7 adults was able to spread out over the 4 floors and everyone had their own space- which was a great bonus! The home had everything we needed- including a very large kitchen table that was used for a large puzzle. Parag was quick to respond to a missing coffee carafe- and had a new coffee maker delivered the same day!! I would definitely stay there again!!
