We had a wonderful beach trip. This property had a ton of space and lots of extras that made us feel very comfortable ( and yes, there are hot wired smoke detectors and sprinkler system). Community pool , courtyard, and grills were really nice to use. Location wasn’t bad to walk to boardwalk ( a bit far to beach but we found a parking lot for a reasonable price). Would definitely go again!

Overall a great experience. Noteworthy is ample refrigeration. Some minor kitchen items are needed (or maybe we couldn’t find them) - whisk, pot holders, a12-13” sauté pan.A few areas were not totally clean.

Good Location for the Boardwalk

Very nicely decorated town home. Well stocked with lots of extras which is a plus. We drove down to 18th street each day to go to the beach as the beach by the pier is quite a hike from the board walk. The large condo building next store is not the best. Overall very nice vacation. Quiet complex for the most part.

Wonderful family vacation

Beautiful home in gated community with all the amenities you could want. We did not have to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, water parks, and beach. We hope to stay in this home in future vacations. Master bed is King not Queeen

Very nice property, easy in and out. Only problem we had (and reason for 4 star instead of 5) was that the AC was only partially working (3rd floor was 81 degrees, 2nd was 69 (where thermostat was) and 1st floor was about 62 and freezing cold for those staying down there. Could not get upstairs to cool properly. To be fair, it was during the "heat wave" so AC was running constantly but still....made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. I still don't understand paying all this and having to bring our own linens and make our own beds, but I guess that's the way it is at this point. We would definitely stay again if in this area. Would need assurances the AC was working better though.

Très agréable séjour. Grand condo, parfait pour notre famille et très bien situé. Une petite remarque. J’ai dû laver les rampes d’escalier qui étaient noires ainsi que les bas des murs dans les endroits passants. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Merci
