About this property

Aromato-kipos house for 4 persons with jacuzzi, Asteri village

In the traditional village of Asteri, only 20 minutes from the center of Rethymno city, you will meet our "Aromato-kipos" house, a traditional house ideal for relaxing holidays in the nature. The house measures 80 m2 and can host up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. Highlight of our house is also our peaceful garden, with traditional plants.

Our house locates in the center of a traditional, but very peaceful village, ideal for exploring the real Cretan hospitality and tradition. However, the house can offer to you plenty relaxing moments.

The house consists of two floors. On the groundfloor, you will find the living room with a big sofa and the Television with local and satellite channels. Next to the living room there is the table of the dining area with 4 seats ideal for enjoying your meal. The fully eqquiped kitchen is also a part of the open plan living area, which also has a big ac device. Nothing will be missing to create some special dishes during your stay. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and the first bedroom which consists of two single beds. In this bedroom there is also another television device, a wardrobe and a big roof fan (cooling comes also from the ac device of the living area).

On the first floor, there is the second bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. It consists of a double bed and a sofa bed (in case there are more visitors) and has access to our beautiful teracce which can offer to you incredible views especially in the sunset hours.

Our guests can also spend time at our yard, which has a big dining table for four, portable barbeque facilities and access to our beautiful garden with the relaxing hammock. It is ideal for enjoying your coffee or your dinner at the peaceful enviroment.

The location of the house in the center of village Asteri is ideal. Asteri is a peaceful village, ideal for relaxing holidays. Only a few metres from the villa you could find traditional restaurant and coffee shops, as well as a mini market for your first needs. Stavromenos village is also only 5 minutes drive and there you can find supermarkets, gas station, ATM and everything that you will need for your stay. Our house has also easy access to the highway of Crete, so it has easy acces from the airports of Chania and Heraklion and can help you explore most parts of our island Crete.

Eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und für den ersten Hunger und Durst wurde auch gesorgt. Wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten, wurde sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern und die Terrasse war für uns am schönsten, da man bei dem schönen Wetter, die meiste Zeit draußen verbringt. Es gab auch einen schönen Grill, den man auf den Bildern nicht sehen kann. Mit dem Auto konnten wir alles gut erreichen.

Calme et repos

Excellente. Maison, environnement et surtout un silence seulement troublé par le.chant des oiseaux. Qu'espérer de mieux pour des vacances. Pourtanr, lorsqu'il s'agit de la seconde chambre, il serait utile de préciser qu'elle n'a pas de fenêtre ouvrant sur l'exterieur.... et pas de porte pour la séparer de la piece principale.... ca peut être un inconvenient. Le reste est très satisfaisant.

Très jolie maison près de Réthymnon

Magdalena nous accueille dans sa maison avec une grande gentillesse. Tout est très bien équipé et décoré. Il y a une très belle terrasse arborée qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur tout en étant protéger du soleil. Le village d'Asteri se trouve à quelques kilomètres de Réthymnon : la campagne pour le calme, et la ville de Réthymnon toute proche. La maison est toute proche également de la voie rapide qui traverse la Crète d'ouest en est. C'était parfait !

Excellent séjour !

Ce logement est très bien agencé et propose tout le confort nécessaire à un séjour. Le village est calme et permet d´accéder à pied à 2 restaurants. La plage la plus proche est à 5 min en voiture. Il permet de se rendre en 1 heure à Heraklion ou Knossos, en 20 min à Rethymno et en 2h au lagon de Balos. Magda, la propriétaire, est très disponible et réactive. Nous conseillons vivement cette location !

My sister and i stayed at Magda Fragkiadakis Flat at the beginning of September 2022 and i must say that everything was pretty petfect! Magda Fragkiadaki is a host you wish for! She was very helpful, friendly and gave us a warm welcome! The house was very clean, with modern furniture. I definitely would come back! Thank you Magda Fragkiadaki for making our stay as comfortable as it could be!

Ideal location.

The apartment is comfortable and offers all necessary amenities. It boasts two patios, one off the upstairs master and the other in front that is quite large and raised above the street for privacy. Morning coffee was enhanced by the beautiful views and sounds of the villa. A splendid Taverna is located just a block away. Easy access to Rethymnos. Our hosts were delightful and attentive. Herzlich Willkommen auf Kreta

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Asteri, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr, sehr herzlich und freundlich von der Gastgeberin und ihrer Familie willkommen geheißen und auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes, vermittelte sie uns dieses gute Gefühl. Urlaub auf Kreta in Asteri

Wir haben in Asteri einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage in diesem kleinen Ort ist toll und authentisch. Zudem auch hinsichtlich der Infrastruktur gut gelegen, um den Nordwesten Kretas, aber auch Teile der Südküste zu erkunden.Auch Rethymnon, Chania und Iraklion sind gut erreichbar. Magda ist eine tolle und engagierte Vermieterin, die sich immer interessiert zeigte, und für eventuelle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Dieser Kretasufenthalt hat uns daher sehr viel Freude bereitet, unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit unserem Baby zwei Wochen in Asteri. Es war wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf ca. 2 km bis zur Küste. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Die Austtattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wie besprochen, waren ein Kinderstuhl und sogar zwei Babybetten bereitgestellt. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet.

Blissful stay!

We had a wonderful two weeks. The house is in a perfect location. It was very relaxing. The owners were very welcoming and provided a wonderful welcome pack which was great as we arrived later than expected. They were very helpful, making suggestions for beaches and places to visit. They were also easy to contact and checked with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved sitting in the garden watching the incredible sunsets. There is all you could need for a fabulous holiday. We managed to visit the Amari Valley, Arkadi monastery, South coast, Imbros Gorge, Knossos, Spinalonga, Rethymno, as well as spending time at the local beach. The village has a brilliant taverna., Poliou House. We had great food everywhere. Supermarkets and bakery were handy too. Fully recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay but within easy reach of places to visit. Thank you for a wonderful time.
