Stone house, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / shower, in a pleasant setting of old houses and quiet greenery.
Pretty hamlet in a quiet Pleslin Trigavou near the estuary of the Rance, 100 m from The Green Lane between Dinan and Dinard and the heart of the tourist region Dinan / Dinard Emerald Coast.
Stone house completely renovated with charm, bright and cozy. Enclosed garden at the back.
Kitchen / Living / Dining room with wood stove, beams, very well equipped and more than pleasant.
Upstairs a twin room facing south, bathroom with large shower, separate toilet, all under beams.
Under roof and exposed beams large double bedroom romantic spirit.
Bed linen and towels included in season - Not included from November to beginning of March except for school holiday period or on request due to complications.
Also nearby is Golf de Tremereuc and Dinard / Saint-Briac seaside golf course. Sailing Club, Stables, Green Lane, Coastal Stars, Aquarium, Zoo.
Restaurants, Creperies. Dinard market and communes of the region.

Absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is cosy, clean and well appointed. It’s a short drive to the local amenities and sights such as Mont St Michel and St Malo are close by. We would very much recommend staying here.

Fabulous Gite!

The gite is beautifully decorated and appointed. The location is central for Dinard, Dinan, and St. Malo. There are megaliths, a walking path, and a boulangerie within walking distance. It was perfect!

Excellent cottage. Very well equipped and decorated. Host excellent. Just one thing, the Rob advert says it is on the beach………! It is not! However did not detract from a very good break as the cottage is near to all the main sites round Dinan.

Dear Helen, thank you very much for the great holiday in your charming cottage. It is very lovingly and neatly furnished, has a beautiful fragrant garden that is perfect for relaxing and playing ball. Beautiful gite

A beautifully decorated and well equipped gite with a nice garden at the back of the property that has lots of room for children to play. The best thing for us was the close proximity to Dinan port (10 minutes in the car and free parking at the port). Be aware that access from here to the town is up a beautiful but steep cobbled street. Helen is a friendly and helpful host

Silent retreat but very well located

This nicely renovated and clean cottage was great for a peaceful repose. The nights were silent making for great sleep. However, the town is well developed and very close to conveniences and main towns of St.Malo, Dinard and charming Dinan. Helen, the hostess and property manger is a lovely lady who went well out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and dealt with any issues promptly. She takes great care of guests to ensure we stay well. I thank her for her 5 star hospitality :)-

Beautifully decorated house with a big garden and a small deck. Great location for making trips in the neighbourhood, beaches or medieval towns like Dinan, Dinars, St Malo, Mont st Michel and Cap Frehel. Great bakery 700 m away. Spacious. Best is the upstairs bedroom. Bathroom with a bath and shower.Only minor point for me was the matras in the one personbeds, generally good, but not if you need a thicker better matras. The one in the top bedroom is great

Great maisonette!!

Thank you Helen, we had a lovely time at your very charming little cottage. All the facilities are great, all very clean. King size bed is very comfortable. Nice Vacation Accommodation

In a quiet neighborhood, walkable distance to groceries and pharmacy. Nearby walking/biking path. Convenient base for day trips throughout the region (Cap Frehel, St. Malo, Mont St. Michel, Dinard, etc.) Modern 3-level apartment in an old farmhouse. Kitchen and living room at ground level, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom & toilet on middle level. Top level is one large bedroom. Our host was very nice and responsive. Only drawback to the stay was an encounter with a neighbor about parking, so be sure to park only immediately outside the front door. We had expected cool, breezy, and rainy weather in early June, but it was hot the entire week. Bedroom fans might be a welcome addition for those guests used to cooler climates.
