The villa is located 100 meters from the sea, in a quiet and convenient position close to all services, market, bar, pizzerias, bakery and the best beaches of the coast of Fontane Bianche. The structure of the house is independent, with terraced verandas overlooking the sea, it is composed of a living area on the ground floor, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom plus a small private area where you will find a comfortable double sofa bed. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The house is fresh, very bright, with comfortable spaces externally and internally, the rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with all comforts, a barbecue corner, additional outdoor shower, comfortable private parking spaces, a large garden where you can relax and a gazebo. The sea can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, just below the house on the rocky coast you will find splendid natural coves, far from the chaos of the beaches where you will enjoy your holiday to the full. Pets allowed and welcome. Possibility of extra weekly cleaning to be agreed.

White fountains is a special destination, immersed in the southern thing of Syracuse, a stone's throw from the city, characterized by crystal clear waters, few know that the coast flows into a natural watercourse from below the ground that mixes with the sea creating fresh currents that they can easily warn by bathing in the beaches below.

The location is strategic, by car you reach the motorway which is only 4 km from where you can move comfortably and reach the main areas of historical / tourist interest, such as Noto (15km), Siracusa (16km), Vendicari (27km), Catania (60km) and many others. The airport is 50 km away, there is a train stop about 10 minutes from the villa, a bus stop 150 meters away, within 1 km you will find everything you need from markets, bars, pizzerias, bakeries and of course beaches.
