Beautiful seaside property with private pool, sitting on the edge of the Saline di Trapani (saltpans) nature reserve where you will find a landscape dotted with windmills, mountains of salt and migrating birds (particularly flamingos) stopping over on their way to Africa. The location is ideal for exploring the enchanting towns of Trapani, Marsala and Erice, the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, Zingaro nature reserve and the temples of Segesta and Selinunte.

The 300 square meter villa develops over one level and has one main house plus an annex.

MAIN HOUSE
The villa composes of a large living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a dining area with table and chairs. Next to the living area, you will find a separate sitting room with comfortable seating and access to the garden, and a well-equipped kitchen with doors to an outside eating area. There are also five double bedrooms. Four double bedrooms (with double bed) with en-suite bathrooms (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed). You will also find a separate bathroom (with shower).

ANNEX
The annex develops over one level and is composed of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one bedroom that can be twin or double (but joining the two single beds together) with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a spacious terrace and has a well-tended garden with private pool (12m x 6m; depth 1.2m - 1.4m; open 01/03 - 30/11; depuration: salt) with hydro massage corner. There is a sun terrace around the pool and you will find a patio with seating and an area with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
