Tom's Hütte is located at Hermagor - PresseggerSee and is a house with 2 spacious apartments. The apartment on the ground floor of the house has a balcony at the rear with a view of the mountains. In combination with the Top apartment on the 1st floor you can stay in this house with 12 people!

The apartment consists of a private hall with Austrian wood stove, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room / bedroom, a kitchen with Austrian dining area, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath, shower, double sink and a washing machine.
The 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. Optionally, in both bedrooms 1 bed can be pulled out with a fixed mattress, creating triple rooms. The living room / bedroom has a 2-person folding bed. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and dining area.
In the summer you can use the spacious garden at the rear of the house. You can also have breakfast or dinner in the garden.

Towels and bed linen are provided in this apartment.

In the winter, the area is popular for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. A free ski bus stops 200 meters from the property during the winter season.

In the summer you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate influences. And therefore a very attractive area for sunbathing, swimming, walking and cycling. The area has many hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes! The PresseggerSee is within walking distance of the apartment.

Villach is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Klagenfurt Airport, 77 km from Tom's Hütte. Tom's Hütte is also easily accessible by train. The nearest station is Bahnhof Presseggersee and is 1.3 km from the house.
