Lovely new apartment , tastefully decorated

Salir do Porto is a quiet neighbourhood close to the beautiful beach and town of Saõ Martinho do Potro. Loved this holiday apartment with the beautiful view of the beach in the distance. Car necessary for trips, shopping etc but in a busy August parking is a nightmare! The visits to nearby attractions of Nazare and Obidos were fabulous.

Muito agradável, tirando um problema estrutural em que nos debitaram 300€ por um incidente no vidro, que poderia ser participado ao seguro. Da nossa parte fomos no entusiasmo de usufruir do jacuzzi e não estava em funcionamento. 😔

Dear Fernando We regret that things had to turn out this way. However, leaving without reporting the break in the window is not a good practice. Moreover, a declaration to the insurance applies a deductible...with the same amount as the deposit. The cost of replacing the window is more than the deposit. We have also insisted several times on repairing the jacuzzi, but no intervention has happened yet. Such things take longer in Portugal than what we are used to in Belgium. You forget to mention that you have had financial compensation. Kind regards Saskia and Chris

Casa impecável com todas as condições. Proprietários muito simpáticos e acessíveis. Único inconveniente foram os vizinhos pouco simpáticos que não estão habituados a crianças, a groupos maiores (éramos 10) e um pouco mais de barulho talvez por serem já de uma certa idade. Recomendo a grupos pequenos. A casa ė Impecável e a localização muito boa perto da baía. Recomendo.

Très beau logement

Accueil et logement de très bonne qualité. Nous avons trouvé le logement très beau et décoré avec goût. Logement très propre. Échanges simples avec les propriétaire et la société qui gère l'accueil des vacanciers. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Endroit très calme, agréable et non loin du centre ville. Rapport qualité prix vraiment très intéressant.
