Palm Tree -Apartment with sea view, 65 m. from the beach with pool and garage

Luxury duplex apartment of 145 square metres, largest in this complex. Sao Martinho Do Porto is a charming Portuguese town with a beautiful shell shaped bay providing safe calm waters, a great feature specially for families with small children.

The apartment has been extremely well furnished and equipped and offers fantastic views over the bay, due to the elevated position of the complex, which is only 65 metres away from the beach.

The living area is bright and spacious and presents a lounge with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, DVD player (with DVDs to watch) and a stylish dining area.

The balcony on the top floor is ideal for entertaining and dining outside. The lower balcony, accessed from the lounge and kitchen allows direct access to the pool of the complex.

The kitchen is amazingly well equipped with all you might need to cater for your family and friends.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, an en-suite shower room and access to balcony with great sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and also access to the sea view balcony. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. There is a double sofa-bed in the lounge, allowing this apartment to accommodate up to 8 guests in great comfort.

There is a family bathroom and a WC room for all to use.

On arrival, the property managers will provide bracelets for access to the pool. Please note that only 5 pool bracelets will be provided, if there are more than 5 people in your group, you will need to share the bracelets between yourselves.

Please know that there are some steps surrounding the complex and inside the apartment as it is a duplex, so this apartment is not ideal for people with serious mobility problems.
