Sea-Prize View is a semi-detached property situated within the village of Old Colwyn. Inside, you will find three bedrooms comprising of two king-size double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, featuring a shower over bath, basin and WC, and a ground floor WC with basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and electric fire in the lounge, in additional to a conservatory which lead you out to an enclosed garden with BBQ and seating. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property premises. Sea-Prize View is a delightful escape to Wales. Please note that for your security, there is a motion sensor light and camera on the property entrance and driveway covering the car park spaces. There is no other camera anywhere at the property. Please note this property has a £250 Good Housekeeping bond.

Microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of DVDs, games and books and WiFi. Iron and board.Travel cot and high chair.
