Located in a tourist area of excellence, near beaches, promenades, hotels and shopping centers, this property is integrated into a condominium of quality.
This apartment offers good areas. With a great outdoor space, here you can enjoy good moments, gathering friends or family for a barbecue or a brunch to brighten your holiday.
The property has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another private bathroom with two single beds. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed. This space of rest and leisure is ample and has excellent natural light. The balcony in front of the room invites you to a quiet meal.
The property features a fully equipped kitchen and a free parking space in the building's garage.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this flat is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, with several internationally renowned brands and movie theatres.
You will also find in a walk distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you will find a greater variety of restaurants in the city center, which can be reached within a five minutes drive.

Next to the apartment, you will find a beach with a natural swimming pool where you can enjoy your morning dives.

GETTING AROUND
An aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within one-minute walk distance from the flat. Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own at the airport!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Beautiful spacious apartment

This apartment is perfect for a long break. It is a home from home with everything you need available. With the added bonus of a sea view and Madeiran gardens. All rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and good quality linen is provided. It is in a fabulous location with easy access to the forum shopping centre and beautiful walks along the promenade. The 3 local restaurants are all outstanding. Highly recommend.

Nice, big apartman at good location

We really enjoyed our stay, the view from the balcony, the walks nearby. Nice apartman, big rooms, well equipped kitchen. One parking place included in the garage, that is really useful!

Perfect Apartment

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location close to food shopping, restaurants, lovely walkway and a black stone beach. Felt the area was very safe. The two balcanies were very nice and we ate our meals on one or the other depending on sun. Would definitely recommend others to stay at this apartment.

Great location

Overall we had an enjoyable stay without any problems. The property was well equipped with good internet and comfy furniture. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and only a short walk (uphill) to the forum for grocery, fruit and veg. It's a lovely walk either east in Funchal or west to Camara de Lobos, although there are a few serious slopes involved. It would have been nice to have had some comfy chairs on the front balcony (as shown in the listing) but these had been moved to the back terrace and were too big and heavy for us to move. Having said that it didn't detract too much from the very pleasant outdoor experience with lovely views out to sea and overall we had a lovely relaxing stay.

Schöne Immobilie mit einigen Mängeln

Die Lage und die Umgebung der Wohnung sind einfach super. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber die Immobilie ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Nicht mehr der neuste Standard. (Betten nicht gut, Bäder alt mit Badewannen, Wohnzimmermöbel alle durchgesessen und noch weitere kleine Mängel) Wir hatten trotzdem wunderschöne 4 Wochen dort. Ich kann es auch jedem weiterempfehlen aber man darf nicht sehr pingelig sein.

Die Wohnlage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Man hat eine wundervolle seitliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Allerdings ist die gesamte Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Betten wäre bereits ein Topper hilfreich da die Betten wirklich unbequem sind. Die Küche war super ausgestattet für eigenes Kochen. Nichtsdestotrotz war alles ok und wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und es hat alles gut geklappt auch der Checkin und Checkout.

Worst travelling experience ever

We have arrived as planned but the code to the key locker did not work despite numerous attempts over 30 minutes. We tried to reach the host many times by phone but with no result. We were forced to go to a hotel for our stay and are definitely not happy with the experience… And now the host does not want to refund us the money. Unbelievable.

Fabulous place

Huge, spacious apartment with sun terraces front and back. Best holiday apartment I have ever stayed in. Well equipped kitchen, two large double bedrooms and bathrooms and an enormous living room. I could happily live in this place and would have no hesitation in returning.
