GUEST REQUIREMENTS - The primary guest MUST be 30 years of age or older with valid ID and occupy the ENTIRETY of the stay. The primary guest will also be required to digitally sign a rental agreement, holding the primary guest responsible for all actions taken during the stay for all guests occupying the property. Guests of ALL AGES are counted as occupying guests and absolutely NO UNDERAGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ARE ALLOWED. The total amount of the guests listed at booking will be the allotted number of guests allowed during the stay with no exceptions.

REGISTRATION/ENTRY & PARKING - $40 registration fee collected onsite to include wrist bands and one (1) parking pass. Additional (2nd) vehicle parking pass is an extra $15. Early entry is NOT available from May 15th to August 15th. Outside of this timeframe, guests will be contacted the day of their stay if any type of early entry is possible. Parking is limited to only 2 vehicles at any time. Recreational vehicles such as golf cart/scooter rentals, boats/trailers, etc. are not allowed onsite at the complex.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE - The required damage waiver is non-refundable and only covers accidental damage up to the policy amount for your stay. The damage insurance does not cover outdoor items, intentional/cleaning damages, bath/bed linen, missing items or other broken agreement terms. These items will be charged to the payment method on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations that are made up to 60 days in advance of check-in date will receive a full refund, minus $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance of check-in will forfeit entire amount paid. There shall be no refunds of rent, fees, security deposit, etc., due to shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work or family emergencies or other situations. Cancellations Regarding COVID-19 made less than 60 days, with proof of rental closure, travel ban or testing positive for COVID-19, will receive an option to reschedule their stay at comparable nightly rates, or, a full refund minus 10% of the amount paid towards the reservation.
