In this 4th floor condo at Regency Towers, you can have this and more with a beautiful view of the beach, pool area, and coastline all the way down Panama City Beach!
The bedroom (beachfront) has an Olympic-sized queen bed (larger than a queen, but a little smaller than a king) with a sliding door to the balcony with a view of the beach and coastline. The bedroom also has a beachfront window (beach and pool view), large double closet, and a private bathroom.
In the living area (also beachfront) there is a sliding glass door to the balcony; and it also has a window with a great view of the coastline where paragliding is frequently seen. The living area is equipped with a pull-down queen-sized Murphy bed, a sofa, and a recliner. There is also a full bathroom near the living and dining areas.
The fully equipped large kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, range, and coffeemaker. There is also a stacked large capacity washer/dryer unit off the main bathroom.
All linens are supplied in unit. Schooners, J. Michaels, Patches, Captain Anderson's, and Dat Cajun Place are nearby. Buster's Beer and Bait - Full bar is right across the street. Banana boat, jet ski, and parachute rentals are available on the beach in season. There is a child's pool, Shuffleboard, and beach volleyball. There is also a renovated game/exercise room with pool tables and card tables, and exercise equipment with a view that faces the pool/beach.

Great location with everything you need for a stay at the beach. We loved having reserved chairs on the beach. The building is on the older side which meant slow elevators but it wasn't a big issue during our July visit.

The condo was really nice. Just as advertised. Very well appointed. Everything you need for a great vacation. The view is beautiful. Easy walk to beach. Having the beach chair service included was a big plus. The host was very communicative before and after check in. Would definitely recommend. And will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! It was far away from the PCB hubbub and perfect for a weekend getaway. The beach was never crowded and we appreciated the beach chair rentals that were included. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean every evening. The owner’s communication was excellent! We will hopefully be back!

The unit was clean and updated. The owner checks to make sure you got in okay and ask if you need anything. One of the nicest ones we have stayed in at RT. We will definitely be staying in this one again.

As advertised.

We found the property to be just as described and were we to return to Panama City Beach we would definitely stay here again. The unit is well equipped, clean and comfortable and appears as it does in the VRBO posting. The balcony overlooks the beach and one of the two swimming pools. Th exercise facility is well equipped, and shopping of all sorts and restaurants are all nearby, There is plenty of parking and the property is gated and guarded entry.

Very nice place to stay in PCB

The condo was very nice and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and had spices, etc. too. It had coffee makers Keurig and regular. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows to go around. It is an end unit and you can watch the sun set without looking over the railing. Beach gear and toys for the kids were provided even though she includes a beach umbrella in front of the hotel. You'll get your money's worth IMO and Donna is very attentive. There is a 40 dollar parking charge but it is gated if that matters. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Beautiful corner view. Large 1 bedroom, 2 bath. Love the beach and this area. We bought here because it is just so beautiful.

What makes this property unique

Regency Towers is a gated complex with 24-hour security for building and secure RV parking and boat parking available across the street from complex. Wi-Fi and cable are available in unit. The beautiful view speaks for itself. The privacy of the corner is unique on the beach. This area is exactly what someone would want for fun and excitement, but also quiet seclusion on the beach.
