There's nothing like listening to the sound of ocean waves first thing in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee or watching the sunset in the evening with a spectacular view of the ocean, beach, and pool right from your own private balcony. In this 4th floor condo at Regency Towers, you can have this and more.

The bedroom (beachfront) has an Olympic-sized queen bed (larger than a queen, but slightly smaller than a king) with a sliding door to the balcony with a view of the beach, coastline, and west side pool. The bedroom also has a beachfront window (beach and pool view), large double closet, and a private bathroom.

In the living area (also beachfront) there is a sliding glass door to the balcony; and it also has a window with a great view. The living area is equipped with a pull-down queen-sized Murphy bed, a sofa, and a recliner. There is also a full bathroom near the living and dining areas.

The fully equipped large kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, range, and coffeemaker. There is also a stacked large capacity washer/dryer unit off the main bathroom.

All linens are supplied in unit. Schooners, J. Michaels, Patches, Captain Anderson's, and Dat Cajun Place are nearby. Buster's Beer and Bait - Full bar is right across the street. Banana boat, jet ski, and parachute rentals are available on the beach in season. There is a child's pool, Shuffleboard, and beach volleyball. There is also a renovated game/exercise room with pool tables and card tables, and exercise equipment with a view that faces the pool/beach.
