This beach home is one of a kind! Offering five bedrooms and five bathrooms, it sleeps 12 comfortably, with three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the cottage. The main house is gorgeous- light, airy, clean, and offers impressive views. Beautiful kitchen to delight any home chef with double oven, open, stocked with cooking appliances, and plenty of cooking space. Large open dining area overlooking the Silver Lake and garden are front deck w/ water views, fenced-in yard space, large living room, and three bedrooms located on the second level & additional lounge area. The updated guest cottage has a fully functioning kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. This is a treat at the beach.
LOCATION: Just a quick walk to the South Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk and Rehoboth Ave.
PARKING: Off-street parking for approx. three cars.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, large rear deck w/ propane grill, full washer & dryer, central AC & heat, and free WI-FI.
THINGS TO KNOW: No pets and no smoking! Linens are not supplied. However, we have a rental program for guests. There is a seven-night restriction to book this house.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place

Beautiful house equipped with everything u need especially high end kitchen! Pool and guest house a big plus. My partner n I took the guest house n grandkids n their parents in the big house…we got to sleep in. Was just perfect for our family. Will be back!

Great house and pool! Kind of loud location

We loved our stay at this house. The house and pool were amazing and very comfortable for our group during our week long stay. The location itself is on a very busy road and along with some construction noise next door, it was disruptive at times so be mindful of that!

Pool was best feature. House very well appointed. Compartmentalized rooms in main house. Kitchen small for size of house. Great location - short access to beach, downtown and rt 1.

Beautiful home in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is walkable to town in Rehoboth and to Poodle Beach, but the supplied parking passes make driving to either possible. The pool was great and big fun for the kids. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had some small issues with the trash collection and with the ice maker but those are minor issues that likely will be quickly addressed. Overall, we would be thrilled to stay here again.

Perfect Stay

We had a terrific stay - any issues that came up were addressed the same day. The pool was key and we were within walking distance to the Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. The house was perfect for our family. Would rent it again!
