1400m from the famous beach of MEN DU and therefore a few minutes from all the beaches of Carnac and La Trinité / Mer, accessible on foot or by bike via pretty countryside trails.
The hamlet is at an impasse, spared by passing cars, place for horse riding, walking, or cycling.

The house is very bright and the terrace, facing south / southwest, allows a beautiful unobstructed view of the meadows that border the garden, up to the tumulus of Carnac. We very easily take advantage of the sunny terrace, late in the season and the beautiful sunsets. We often take our meals there.

The house is well maintained and we come there regularly with our children, parents and grandchildren. Each year, we make some improvements to make it more functional.
