Ideally located in a quiet street, 300 m from the large beach and the city center, this comfortable 130 m² residential house benefits from all the amenities while preserving some rustic amenities that make this house charming (Clévacances classification awarded in March 2019: 3 stars).

You will find on the ground floor:

- a fitted and equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, 1-door refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle

- a 24 m² living room with TV / DVD

- a bedroom of 14 m² with 1 bed of 140 x 190 cm

- a bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and WC

Upstairs :

- a 15 m² bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and its adjoining dressing room (and 1 cot)

- a 12 m² bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds

- a dormitory of 20 m² with bunk beds for children

- a bathroom with bathtub

- a separate toilet

All rooms are equipped with wardrobe to store your personal belongings.

You will be able to benefit from its closed and raised ground of 450 m² which offers the possibility to park up to 3 cars in the driveway and to take advantage of the advantages of Quiberon on foot or by bicycle.

On your arrival, you will be greeted by Marie de Ty'Accueil, who I call to make an inventory and give you the keys to the house.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

A deposit of € 500 will be requested on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage is observed.

Cleaning option (70 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace!
Animals are not allowed.

The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum).

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal im Haus von christoph umd haben die zeit wieder sehr genossen. Die neuee Küche ist sehr schön und voll ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist das neue terrassendeck. Ein bißchen vermisst haben wir den verwilderten Garten von früher... Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Komfortabel, Tolle Lage

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dem Haus. Die neue Küche ist sehr schön, außerdem profitiert das Haus sehr von der neuen Terrasse. Man teilt sich die Zufahrt mit einer kleinen Wohneinheit , die im ehemaligen Garten entsteht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

vacances en famille à Quiberon

Excellent séjour! la maison est très bien située, à proximité du centre de quiberon (5min à pied, pratique le matin pour aller chercher le pain et les kouign amann:)) et de la plage (moins de 10 min à pied). Elle a été rénovée et est très fonctionnelle avec tout le confort que ce soit niveau électroménager ou infrastructures. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo exceptionnelle et donc de profiter de la terrasse et du salon de jardin au calme à l'arrière de la maison. Les serviettes et les draps étaient fournies et tout le nécessaire pour bébé est disponible (chaise haute, lit bébé avec matelas, lit parapluie et même des chaises avec une table pour les petits). La douche à l'étage était très bien adaptée pour pouvoir laver bébé sans souci. Aucun problème de stationnement, la maison bénéficiant d'une grande cour et d'un grand garage, ce qui est un plus, surtout en pleine saison. Et les enfants peuvent jouer dehors tranquillement, le terrain étant clos. Petit plus pour les enfants, le parc de jeux à deux pas de la maison (juste à l'arrière en passant par le chemin qui longe la maison sur le côté). Il y a certes des travaux mais qui sont loin au fond du jardin et ne dérangent pas du tout. Christophe et l'équipe Ty accueil était très réactifs. Merci pour la petite attention à l'arrivée :) Il n'y a qu'à poser ses valises et profiter :)

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison spacieuse. Les chambres sont de belle taille avec des rangements (petit bémol dans la chambre aux lits superposé où nous n’avons pas trouvé de prise électrique…), salles d’eau impeccables, deux terrasses pour profiter le matin et le soir. Bref, une semaine c’était court mais nous avons pu profiter de la proximité de plusieurs plages et du centre ville accessibles à pieds !

Maison agréable et spacieuse

Maison agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Très bien située par rapport aux commerces et à la plage. Par contre nous avons dû supporter pendant 8 jours complets les bruits du chantier voisin y compris la poussière occasionnée par les travaux et la circulation. des engins. Ces travaux sont interdits pendant la période estivale et il a fallu que nous intervenions vigoureusement auprès de la Mairie et de la police municipale pour que l'arrêté municipal soit appliqué, les entrepreneurs voulant continuer malgré tout... Espérons que cela ne se reproduira pas pour le repos des futurs locataires..... Nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer à cause du bruit et n'avons pas pu profiter pendant ce temps du jardin qui recevait régulièrement des nuages de poussière. Nos voitures se sont retrouvées couvertes de poussière, sans compter les fenêtres et les portes...

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Das Objekt ist auf 2 Paare mit Kindern ausgelegt. Wir hatten nur zu Dritt gemietet. Insofern hatten wir Platz ohne Ende. " Paare wäre auch kein Problem gewesen. Das Haus liegt in einer nicht zu sehr befahrenen Strasse. Auf der Rückseite schließt sich ein großzügiger, sehr schöner Garten mit Obstbäumen an. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück entsteht gerade eine Seniorenresidenz. Die Baustelle lag bis zum 31.8. still, also kein wirkliches Problem. Geschäfte sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Supermärkte in wenigen MInuten per Auto.Die Küche ist extrem gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Nur an der Matratzenqualität (extrem hart) der Einzelbetten im Obergeschoss gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Objekt ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Comme l'année précédente, cette maison a rempli toutes nos attentes en étant fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Sa localisation est idéale ,à la fois près du centre et proche des sentiers et itinéraires de promenades pédestres ou à vélo. C'était parfait.
