Villa for 8 persons with heated private pool and jacuzzi, fully AC

Dear Karen, words can not describe how much i am disappointed, not only as a rental owner but even more as a human being. We are renting this house for more than 5 years and this is our first and only experience like this. On this, but even more on other booking site we have over 10 excellent reviews with 5.0 marks so your 1 star ranking tells more about you than about us. Before starting with valid arguments on your complains i will just ask you how that you did not mention how my father left his business and was doing 80km trip to come to you with canister of gasoline when you were left without the gas with your car. He did that and we never asked you a single euro, not for our costs and also not for the gasoline itself. When you came you were very satisfied with everything and you had no complains at all. I guided you thru the house and explained everything precisely to you. Then, after few days you asked us about hot water in separate building/apartment and i explained to you that in that building there is a standard water boiler big enough for 2 persons to have a shower one after each other. As that separate building/apartment is just for 2 people there is no need for anything else. You expected (as you said later) from us to change that perfectly good boiler for the rapid water heater just for you which is something we could not do. As i said, this installed boiler is in perfect order and enough for 2 people to have a shower. Not to mention how many bathrooms you have in the main building if you need an additional shower. As for your complains about lock on our main door i can just say that during your check in i explained to you that before turning the key, the handle must be lifted in vertical position to let the key lock the door. Everything was in perfect working order and no one ever complained about the door lock and as soon as you warned us that the lock does not work my father came and change it immediately. The problem was in the misuse of the lock mechanism as you forced the key without lifting the door handle up so that force broke it. We just change it without saying anything to you even if that damage was the product of your actions. As for the AC remote controls, when you said to me that one is missing, I kindly asked you to check if it is maybe in some other room but you said it is not. We immediately bought a new one and when we came to you with it we found the "missing" one in the next room. Do you know what you said to me? I will quote you: "Oh, I was thinking that is a telephone". I was shocked but I did not say anything to you. Just to mention that for every one of our arrivals to assist you we need to do 100km of driving so it takes our time and money which is not a problem for us if we really need to assist and help our guests. But I see now this was just clear provocation and making fools out of us. But it is ok, we forgive you for that. As for the cloth storage in the annex building, that building is just for two extra people and our designer decided not to put classical cloth storage in the room. Instead of that he decided to use cloth hangers and no one ever complained about that. Also, pictures are not showing any clothes storage so it was all clear from the beginning. As for the roosters in the morning, I do not know what to say. You choosed and picked a property in a village so things like this are normal and expected and I would like to say it gives charm to the holidays as city kids can hear that for the first time in their lives. Just to add, we have high quality PVC windows so if you close them you will practically hear nothing from the outside. As for the neighbor's car and the damage on it, you know that you hit it and I never asked for any compensation from you but just told you that our neighbor maybe will. His car was parked and you were exiting our fenced parking lot so it is obviously who hit who. I also forgive you for calling me "extremely nasty" without any reason. I was always polite and kind to you, even in the moments when it was clear that you were making a fool out of me (saying that you were thinking that AC remote control is telephone after I drove 100km to bring you the replacement one) but that is on you, not me, as I know that I did the right thing. Even after all these things I gave you a even 3 stars marks as a guest and you gave us all 1 star remarks. But as I said, this says more about you than about me. At the end I really thank you for your stay as it is a big learning experience for us and I wish you all the best. I just hope that you are going to think a little bit more about your behavior and how wrong is to accuse and blame the people around you for something they did not do. We forgive you for everything but please respect people around you a little bit more in the future and we will work even harder to provide the best possible experience for our future guests.
