A beautiful french stone house, set in a tranquil setting, close to a village with a heated private pool. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and le patisserie are located in the market town just 5k away. The 200-year-old house has been newly refurbished to a high standard, perfect for a holiday getaway. 3 King-sized bedrooms, one room has 2 single beds perfect for children and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

A fantastic heated pool 9x4m with night lights and jets. An outdoor covered terrace, pizza oven, and BBQ area to enjoy for all the family. A wonderful pergola, stone BBQ and terrace overlooking the pool for daytime sun lounging and evening alfresco dining. The property is set in an enclosed mature garden for privacy and security. There is a small orchard where you can pick fruit from the trees and enjoy (cherries, pears and apples).

Choose outdoor activities and use the football / hockey goal, bat and ball, badminton net and rackets, basketball or table tennis. Use the dumbbells, kettlebells or yoga mats, alternatively you could chill indoors with the PS4.

quiet family holiday

A nice spacious well equipped property with a pleasantly heated pool. Essentially it's located in the countryside away from any towns or major tourist spots - so factor in any extra driving. Surprisingly it was a semi-detached property but we didnt really hear much from the human neighbours, the cows on the farm across the road made more noise!

Great house, well equipped, peaceful area.

Good experience, very comfortable house, although in a quiet area felt safe. Pool was good and regularly maintained. Had great weather, warm and sunny for all 14 days.

Lovely property

We stayed for two weeks in August 2022. This is a really well decorated and furnished property inside and out. It has everything you need to enjoy a break in the French countryside and lots of extra thoughtful touches that make it a real home from home. Excellent communication from Kelly as well. Highly recommended!

Lovely week in gorgeous house

We really enjoyed our week in this lovely property. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay making it very easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. We loved the pool and the relaxing seating/lounging areas and the house was cool in the heat as well.

Aangename vakantie in een mooi vakantiehuis.

Dit huis biedt veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Het zwembad en de vele speelmogelijkheden( tennis, voetbal, stepjes, hockey) vielen erg in de smaak bij de kinderen . We hebben een aangename week beleefd.

This photo was taken in Ile de Rae approx an hour away from the house where we also love to visit when we are in France. We love to travel throughout Europe and use the house as a great base for exploring. We live in South East England - West Sussex which is a beautiful part of the world but as we all do, love to get away to a sunny climate.

Why they chose this property

We bought the house as we thought this would be a fantastic project to renovate the property so that families can get together to enjoy the special and much-needed quality time together in today's busy lifestyle. Also, the microclimate helped us choose the area, with so many sunny days coupled with the lush green landscape we couldn't resist.
