There are also 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy within 10-15 mins walk away, being close to all amenities means car rental is not necessary.

There are 3 sunny terraces surrounding and attached to the apartment exclusively for your use only with sun loungers and dining tables. They get direct, strong sun all day even in January, February and are very private as they are not overlooked.

There is one Juliette balcony with a breakfast table perfect for morning coffe and cocktails in the evening to watch the sunsets..overlooking the villa's park like gardens, incredible views of the sea, Marbella's Golden Mile It's bay of Marbella and sea line and the sparkling lights of Marbella at night, sometimes with beautiful fireworks coming from Marbella, and Marbella's iconic La Concha Mountain, terraces and the pool area (with a renovated heated jacuzzi) which you will have access to. The big open sky over the property with very few neighbors around and the special sunsets and sunrises will leave you with such special memories.
