Ses Rotes - Spacious country house with private pool for 10 people in Mallorca

The Pla de des Rotes house is situated in a wonderful peaceful setting, close to Campanet, with views of the mountains. The well-equipped house has a beautiful stone facade and offers air conditioning and central heating, making it a good choice for families and groups of friends all year round. Visit Mallorca in low season, for example at the time of the almond blossom or when the poppy fields are in bloom. Mallorca is always worth a visit!



The house is generous and has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, plus a dining room and separate lining room with air condition. From here you have access to the furnished porch. From the porch you´ll enjoy a fantastic view of the pool, the garden with lots of greenery and trees, up to the mountains.

You can also see the stunning mountain scenery from the poolside sun deck. The pool is exclusively for your use and measures 10 x 5 meters.

Another highlight awaits you in the garage, a very good entertainment option: a billiard table. There you can share some exciting games with the other participants of the trip.



The accommodation belongs to the pretty village of Campanet in the northwest of Mallorca. Campanet has a long history, you can see very old buildings and churches. Campanet is known for 2 peculiarities: on the one hand, the caves with their underground lakes, and on the other hand, Ses Fonts Ufanes, which are natural sources that sprout after heavy rains. Then they cover the forest with rivers of spring water, this is a very impressive nature spectacle.

For beach lovers, the house is also a good choice, because it is well connected and in only 19 km you can reach the nearest beach.

Lovely peaceful villa set in beautiful countryside. Local shops provide a good variety of food for self catering. Caves and nature reserve within close walking distance as is the town with bars, cafes, bakery. Ideal for those looking to escape the tourist areas and find some local culture. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The furnishings are quite simple and a bit dated, but you actually had everything you needed. The surroundings are very peaceful and you could relax by the pool and on the veranda. The ping pong table and pool table were also a big plus. All in all, it was a successful stay!

Amazing place! We highly recommend staying here. The facilities are fantastic a big pool, BBQ area and stone oven all set within a beautiful garden of fruits with acres of space around, it's very peaceful and relaxing. The house is very spacious with aircon in every room and the basement is a very nice touch. The place is located about 5 min drive from the local town and 8 mins to the highway. Thank you so much for your hospitality we will definitely be back!

We stayed as two families in Campanet. Wonderful quiet location with lovely pool. Spacious villa, table tennis and pool table (and wifi) well used. Air con in all bedrooms very welcome. 20-25 mins walk into centre where there are bars and restaurants. Small supermarket slightly closer, and larger Lidl 15 minute drive. Easy access to main road to beaches and Palma. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great week on mallorca staying in this beautiful villa. The swimming pool was amazing, the host really kind and flexible with the check-in time. We stayed in the villa with 10 persons and we had enough space. The outside area was great for enjoying breakfast and having dinner during the evening. We used the outside barbecue a lot. This Villa on a remote location and renting cars are necessary, but you travel fast, because of the nearby highway towards Palma. We had trips all over the island to do rock climbing, going to beaches and enjoying nice restaurants every day. We only had one problem in the beginning of the week with low water pressure, which was fixed immediately by the owner right after reaching out. The villa is in a great private area and in a quiet environment. When we will go back to Palma we will definitely come back to this place. The price quality of the villa is great too. Thank you so much for everything

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus ist wunderschön, bietet viel Platz und hat alles, was man braucht. Von der Terrasse und den Fenstern hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Hier kann man einen tollen Urlaub verbringen! Ein Schild am Anfang der Auffahrt wäre gut, um die Unterkunft leichter zu finden.

konnten uns gut am sehr schönen pool erholen

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für eine Woche dort. Das Grundstück ist abgelegen und groß genug um seine Ruhe zu haben und sich zu erholen. Leider ist es dadurch auch etwas schwierig das Grundstück ohne Auto zu Verlassen. Wenn man allerdings ein Auto zur verfügung hat sind viele aktivitäten in der nähe gut zu erreichen. Ein kleines Manko ist das Bett hier fehlte eine "richtige" Decke, es gab Spanientypisch nur eine Tagesdecke und ein dünnes Laken, Personen die es gerne kuscheliger mögen müssen sich selber was mitbringen. Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt und konnten uns gut am sehr schönen pool erholen.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 mit einer 10er Gruppe Mädels über ein langes Wochenende in der Finca. Sie ist sehr schön gelegen mitten auf dem Land, sodass es dort absolut ruhig ist. Man stört auch niemanden. Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt, die Zimmer waren sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und die Terrasse perfekt, um dort gemeinsam am langen Tisch zu essen. Die Zimmer sind im spanischen Stil eingerichtet, was die Finca sehr authentisch macht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen bzw. wären gerne länger geblieben.

Wir hatten zu 9. schöne 5 Tage in der Villa. Es gab einen Grill, einen sauberen Pool, viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Es war sauber, die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Dies hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir hatten 3 kleine Autos, die bequem in der Einfahrt parken konnten, damit haben wir die umliegenden Supermärkte easy erreicht. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es mind. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ausreichend Handtücher (1 kleines, 1 großes & 1 Poolhandtuch p.P.) & Bettwäsche wurden gestellt.

Creo que las fotos no le hacen justicia a esta casa. La localización, la limpieza, las amenidades, la piscina, el estado de cada zona de la casa es idílica.
