Beautiful townhouse very bright and spacious with capacity for 6 people and fully equipped. It is located in the urbanization of El Cortijo Blanco, 600 meters from the beach, 5 minutes by car to Puerto Banus and 2 minutes by car from San Pedro de Alcántara. It is an urbanization of 12 terraced houses that share a garden and pool. It has 3 bedrooms, one of them with bathroom in the room and double bed and the other two with two beds in each. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washer and dryer. It is located in a private community of twelve houses. They share a garden with a pool and a parking space for each home. It has a supermarket 200 meters away and you can walk along the promenade to Marbella.

Stunning San Pedro
From start to finish this was an excellent process. The personal touch and helpfulness of the property owner was outstanding. We arrived just before midnight yet we’re still greeted at the property. Over and above. The property was perfect. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. From a blender to a juicer. The shared pool was lovely. The location amazing considering the value for money. Having a parking space was a bonus. We had an amazing time in an amazing property with fantastic owners.
