Las Terrazas de Banus, at Avenida Julio Iglesias 3, is surrounded by a fabulous selection of restaurants, shopping and night life, one minute walk to the harbour and just a few minutes' to the beach. The beach clubs Ocean Club and La Sala Beach Club are just 10 min walk away. Great sea views and on a clear day you will see Gibraltar and Marocko.

This refurbished penthouse comprises of a combined living and dining room, contemporary style kitchen, two big master bedrooms and a guest room with twin beds, three bathrooms and fabulous terrace space. A sofa bed for two persons is available in the living room. An extra single bed is also available and may be placed where it’s suitable. There is a 18m2 of terrace on the entrance level of the penthouse and a 90m2 rooftop terrace with six sun beds, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining tables perfect for al-fresco summer dining!

This is an ideal choice for those looking for spacious accommodation right in the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus, but still silent in the nights. It takes only few minutes by car to the nearest golf courses.

The complex features lovely a communal garden and swimming pools, paddle tennis, and 24 hour security. The two big pools are normally open 15 June-15 Oct. The smaller pool is normally open the whole year. You have your own parking place in the basement and an elevator up to the apartment.

Additional features of this wonderful apartment are a fresh water cleaning machine, Wifi, 4 Samsung Smart TV, IP TV, freezer with cold water and ice machine, extra bed, high chair (children), children travel bed, safe and a sun cover marquis on the rooftop

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo playa, restaurantes, compras, ocio. Esta equipado con absolutamente de todo y la terraza de arriba es un oasis sobre todo por la noche. Puedes organizar una barbacoa o una reunion de amigos sin que te falte nada para ser un buen anfitrión. Limpio impecable. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestras vacaciones. Seguramente volveremos
