This exceptional penthouse measures approx. 175m² with a wraparound terrace that boasts fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and La Concha Mountain. Its privileged aspect ensures sunlight from morning to evening …… a dream place to wake to the stunning sunrise.
Spend your day idling in the luxury of your private 5-seater hot tub or enjoying leisurely alfresco dining at one of the apartment’s terrace tables. Relax on a sun lounger or one of the comfortable outdoor couches and for added comfort avail of the retractable canopy for shade. If you are feeling a little more energetic, amble on down to the communal pool, set in a secluded and manicured garden, complete with children’s playground.
The apartment is centrally located, with the cobbled streets and quirky bars of the Old Town at your door step, and the beach and famous promenade a few minutes’ walk away. You are just a stone’s throw from The Golden Mile and Orange Square. This square is one of the town’s best loved hidden gems, lined by orange trees and brimming over with vibrant shops, restaurants and tapas bars. Get yourself a seat and watch the world go by while enjoying a local tipple and a bite to eat!
Inside the apartment building, a lift will bring you to the penthouse where you will be immediately struck by the spaciousness of the entrance hall which leads directly to the bright and airy living area. This comprises a dining section with table and chairs and two relaxing sitting areas with views of the sea and access to the wraparound terrace through two sets of sliding doors. One of the couches in the living area can be converted into a double bed.
At your disposal is a writing desk, a multichannel TV (with Irish and English Channels) and a bluetooth sound system. The cosy feel is completed with an open fireplace.
The large well-appointed kitchen comes with an island unit, Silestone work tops and a full range of appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, drinks chiller and washing machine ……. in fact everything you will need for your stay. There is direct access from the kitchen to the terrace via triple sliding doors.
The Penthouse has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms are ensuite and have direct access to the wraparound terrace through sliding doors.
There is high speed WiFi throughout the Penthouse and a parking space, free of charge, is available for our guests.
A modern state of the art security alarm system, with three safes, is installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke

Excellent communication.Apartment is clean and well appointed. Just a broken door handle in one of the ensuite. Would have been best if fixed before check in but it was fixed while we were there. Good location and everything walkable with a supermarket opposite

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. Great location with supermarket, wine shop and restaurants right across the street. Amazing terrace that wrapped around the apartment. Fully equipped and the hot tub was a big hit. Even the communal pool area was great. Would highly recommend

The location of the apartment is ideal if you want to live in the center. The apartment is located on the 9th floor and the living room and kitchen are on the beach side and 2 bedrooms facing the courtyard. Traffic sounds are not heard in the apartment, so the apartment is also suitable for those who value peace. The property is also safe (access to the yard through a locked gate).
The kitchen has everything you need and a little more. The living room is very spacious and decorated for cozy. International entertainment programmes and music can be watched on TV. Large double beds in two bedrooms are moderately comfortable to sleep on.
We will definitely come again.

We had a very good stay at this apartment. I knock the overall rating from 5 stars down to 4 only because when you're paying top dollar for a place, as we were here, it's got accordingly higher expectations to live up to, which wasn't quite the case here.
First, the pros: Perfect location - 3 blocks from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the old town. The apartment itself was as described - extremely comfortable, well-appointed and spacious. Hristo, the manager, was very responsive the couple of times we reached out to him. And we appreciated the beach towels and extra pillows that were on hand.
The cons, however, were enough to knock a star off the rating: both showers in the apartment backed up if you took longer than 5 minutes; the faucet in one of the en suite bathrooms broke our second night, rendering the sink unusable for the rest of our stay; the cover on the hot tub was broken, which made it extremely difficult to use the tub (since it had to be recovered each night); and the A/C in the bedrooms seemed to be on some kind of auto-reset that raised the temperature in the middle of every night, leaving us pretty uncomfortable by morning in the late June heat.
None of these things was hugely significant on its own, but taken together, they changed what could have been a fantastic stay to just a very good one. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from staying here, but I would be careful not to expect 5-star amenities even if you're paying 5-star prices.
