2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Beautiful apartment situated on the Calahonda hills. Bright and modern and furnished to an extremely high standard, lovely lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area and out over the Mediterranean. The apartment has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms and the lounge. Only a few minutes walk to local bar and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the beach and amenities, a perfect choice for all. Please note there are 2 flights of stairs to the front door of this apartment and to get to the pools.
The pool is open all year around from 09:00-21:00.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

We like the sea view. The beds are also perfect.
In the afternoon the sun is on the terrace. It is too hot to sit there. Shades or any form of sun screen is advisable.

Mooi licht zeer compleet appartement, goed balkon, heerlijk en schoon zwembad, goed onderhouden tuin
Wc bril mag vervangen worden ( zat een geplakte scheur in), airco in de slaapkamer bij balkon werkte minder goed. Op t balkon komen er wat plavuizen los. Verder niks aan te merken, erg compleet

The space is the same as the images on the website, very clean and with all conditions.
The pool area is great and with few people.
An added value is the restaurant a few meters from the accommodation.

Todo es mejorable
El alojamiento está retirado de la playa y en una zona montañosa que para acceder hay que hacerlo en coche o llegas muerto de cansancio. Las chicas de la agencia no hablan español pero me mandaron al correo las indicaciones para poder llegar. El apartamento es cómodo y muy bonito, con todas las comodidades, había alguna cosa en el congelador de los anteriores inquilinos, nos dejaron gel hidroalcoholico en todas las estancias.
