Bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom - 1 ensuite - top floor apartment (no lift) very well located in a complex with 3 community pools and gardens. It has a modern kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, water kettle, dishwasher, dryer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge.

The penthouse is situated mid way up in Calahonda in a lovely quiet location set within well kept lush green gardens. The apartment is south facing with amazing panoramic views of the sea pool and gardens

Located within a gated complex with outside parking the apartment has been kept in excellent condition. The apartment offers complementary Wi-Fi and internet enabled TV channels.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Fabulous Villa Holiday!

Returning to Calahonda with our grandchildren after a 26 year break we were pleased to see that it really hasn’t changed that much. We used to stay in Jardines Calahonda and have fond memories. The Villa was spacious and well appointed. It had a fantastic view with a ‘picture window’ of the Calahonda hillside and sea. We loved the pool and the residents were friendly. Check it’s cleaned before we collect the keys.

We had a wonderful four week stay here. The unit was just as described and perfect for six people. There were lots of linens provided and the kitchen was well equiped. It was very easy to deal with the office when necessary, we had an issue with the flush in the toilet and it was fixed the same day when reported. The pool was huge and we used it a lot. The grounds were so well maintained. The only drawback for us is that a car was needed to go anywhere, it was not possible to walk to restaurants or grocery stores and the beach was quite a distance, however, the view was just incredible. There were great restaurants in the area and grocery stores within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

The property is in Sitio de Calahonda and in a lovely gated location. The apartment is on the top floor and was lovely and clean. It features 3 double bedrooms with airco and a good sized lounge with a picture window with an amazing South facing sea view.The property has all mod cons and catered for all our needs. It could have done however with some more glasses and small plates.Everything worked fine and there is a smart TV and a good internet connection.It's located in a hilly location. Walking down to the restaurants / pubs in Calahonda takes about 30 minutes (downhill) in a normal tempo.Back took us about 35-40 minutes and it's fairly steep in places. By car it takes about 5 minutes.The pool area is beautiful, making the most of those gorgeous sea views. The pools are a great size and had cool water, providing a much needed cooling down from the hot temperatures.The whole complex was very quiet at night and when we where there populated mainly by Spanish people and odd tourist / expat.Gardens; beautifully maintained and clean. Balcony has shade.Communication with Suncoaster was excellent.If you want to get around a bit, we would recommend a car. There is so much to see and access to the A7 is easy. Marbella is nearby and the lovely beach of Cabopino is about a 5 - 7 minute drive away.There is a LIDL also about 5 minutes away. Aqua Mijas is great. Definitely visit Mijas, Puerto Banus and Marbella.We loved our stay at this property and would recommend it!
