Nicely decorated condo, directly on the beach. Great view from the balcony. Take a look!! Our condo sleeps 5. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, set of bunk beds in hall alcove, and a queen sleeper sofa. The Summit is conveniently located to several restaurants and other stores. Kitchen has everything you need including coffee pot, blender, utensils, plates, etc. Linens are also supplied. We have a second unit at VRBO #256185

Great vacation

The room was nice with a great view. Room was clean other than the floor having sand on it. Room stayed nice and cool and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again

We have stayed at The Summit numerous times this time we stayed in 513 unit was very clean & has everything we needed owner responded very quickly to A few questions we had.

Great location, bathroom needs attention.

Always love staying at the summit. This condo was great location on 5th floor and came with beach chairs, which was a plus. Big issue was black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Property owner quickly had someone come the next day to spray the ceiling with something, but it really needs to be dealt with professionally to get it removed.

The condo alone is awesome. The resort isn’t peaceful if that is what you need.

The condo is clean and was perfect for our needs. The owners were fast to respond and very helpful. The resort didn’t have enough ground staff to clean up broken bottles outside the door of our condo and beer cans or trash on the beach. The beach was full of trash and cigars that was mostly picked up but then replenished by the party crowd every night. We didn’t mind the loud music at the Tiki bar or the drunks roaming outside yelling and periodically waking us up through the night, but my parents got a room a couple floors up and complained that they couldn’t hear the ocean or even their tv until the party stopped. We’ll probably come back, and we liked the room enough to book again, but it won’t be something I invite my parents along to again. This is a resort for people looking for loud music and drinks that can overlook the extra trash on the beach from that crowd. Be prepared to climb stairs most of the time because the elevators are down a lot or constantly in use. Again, something we were fine with, but not accommodating to some. It is located across from a strip club, and not close enough to beach shops that we felt comfortable turning the kids loose to walk and shop on their own, but it is a short drive to anything you need. We liked the room, but the spring break environment was unexpected.

Owners were uncaring

Owner Buddy acted like he was better than me because I was just a renter.Arrogant is the word.He said that because I might check in early he would text me the code for entry at the last minute,He did not.Had to call him 2 more times to get it late.They want to charge me triple the cleaning fee because there were cigarette smell.We called them many times .they failed to answer their phone or return our calls.They were not there when we left.Maybe they are from the cleaning person or maybe Buddy perhaps.The bathtub was slimy.I almost fell.I could go on and on.All I can say is please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! GBY and Thank you for reading.
