and a sleeper sofa in living room Balcony overlooking the pool and the gulf of Mexico

Had a great stay! Couldn’t find the tv remote in the bedroom and the pull out linens has to be brought to us but they were quick to reply and help with suggestions on where the best restaurants are.

Condo was great

Condo accommodations and Paula were wonderful!! The air conditioning did very good keeping the condo cool!! Nice ocean view from balcony! Huge thank you Paula for all your help! Great little condo directly on the beach.

Everything was good

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good. The location is great but the only problem was the living room TV, it just didn't work. But overall everything was great.

Stayed in 512 at the Summit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great we have stayed at the Summit before but 512 is the worse condo unit we have ever stayed in the ac wouldn’t get below 78 night or day it was very humid in apartment lights out all over apartment balcony furniture was a joke falling apart and I cough on but we had the beach
