This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is located in the center on the 4th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 4th floor unit offers a convenient stairway access with no waiting for the elevators. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Unit has a full kitchen well stocked with cookware, dishware and sllverware, as well as a stacked washer/dryer. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.

The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

-Summit does not allow pets

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project scheduled to end April 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. All construction on this unit's balcony has been completed. Other units in the building are still being fitted with new balcony railings, so construction noise and dust may still occur. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

I really like the property however I feel like it should’ve been communicated that they had to close the pools at night, also the room I stayed in had stains on the sheets and curtains (dirty foot prints on sheets & splatters all over the curtains), the dishwasher smelt funny/ the bottom piece of the dishwasher was broken, the doors don’t shut properly. Overall your in Florida so can’t complain to much

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good for our stay but the floors was full of sand and on top of the fridge was full of sand and the couch was full of sand. We paid for cleaner of the unit I think we should get a rebate for the cleaning charge. My wife had to sweep the floors and mop them before it could be walked on besides that it was nice.
