Origin checks almost all of the boxes!!!! It was the perfect vacation getaway!!! Highly recommend!!! The only thing I can think of to make it absolutely perfect would be a to add a tiki bar by the pool and a hot breakfast downstairs!!! We will definitely be back!!! Super Clean! Beautiful view from the balcony!

Room smelled great! Noticed it walking in the door. This is our 2nd time booking for thunder beach here (different room same company). I have to say we have found our place and company and will be booking future stays for Thunder beach! The view was amazing and we were very pleased with everything.

Origin is Perfect Spot - Recommend!

I was able to spend a few weeks in Origin 1020 and highly recommend. Location is fantastic. I had a perfect balcony view of the ocean. Bed slept great (son said the sofa bed did too!). And the shower was always hot. Building security practices for gated code-entry parking and pool bracelets helped me feel very safe at all times. I was worried that the unit didn't have a washer/dryer, but the side lobby had a small laundry set up that was super easy to use and extremely convenient. I walked to lunch and dinner many times. I hope to stay there again!

Balcony furniture is nice. View is great. Pool and spa is fantastic. Rental agency is easy to work with and super responsive. I didnt ask to change rooms because I dont think it works that way - I dont like to complain after the fact, however, the owner of this property really should update the bed. It was lumpy, soft, and sunk down on the edges. The couch looked like somebody's cast-off from 1999 and had a rust stain. The towels are thin and scratchy. There is no furniture to store clothing. No hooks anywhere to help with organization. The coffee table was tiny. Please update the furniture and think about guests staying for multiple days. The kitchenette is tiny and poorly designed. You can hardly wash a dish in the sink. No real surface to cut a piece of fruit, much less cook a meal. It was nice to have a pod and drip coffeemaker. Nice to have a toaster and blender. SUPER nice to have a large frig. Property employees are nice and courteous. Parking garage is fantastic.
