Clean room. Nice pool & hot tub just a floor below condo. Balcony is overlooking pool & also has a view of the Gulf across the street.

The place was just as pictured. It was conveniently located to various restaurants and directly across from the beach. The communication was great. The check in process was very easy. I'll definitely stay again when I visit the beach!

an AMAZING stay

The room was really clean and had little decorations from the housekeeper (toilet paper folded & a handmade holder made out of a towel to hold dish soap and a sponge). there was everything we needed including plates, silverware, paper towels, and towels. The only thing that we could've used extra of was toilet paper. From our balcony view, we could see a small portion of the ocean and the pool. At night, the pool area has lights shining on the palm trees which makes for a great view. We had a hard time with the TV remote, but we weren't really there enough to watch TV (you have to use the controls on the TV to change channels and volume). Kristy also sent messages in a timely manner to ensure we had a easy time with checking in and out. It was an amazing stay, so close to everything: such as Gulf World, many restaurants, the ocean, Pier Park, and many other surf shops and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was nice. Should have a bigger variety of pots and pans. Also should list how the pool bar. Is closed and you can’t have coolers at the pool.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect. It was across the street from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, Pier Park right down the street. I’m so glad that we didn’t get a rental car, it would’ve been such a waste. I’ll definitely stay here again!!
