A unique brand new guest room in a high class location. In 3-5 min by car access to the lovely beaches of the area. In 10 min on foot the nearest sea. In 7 min by car the downtown and the markets of PortoHeli. 2.5 km from Costa for a visit to the island of Spetses. Quiet neighborhood , ideal to relax. A nice view to the island of Hydra in a beautiful garden with trees and flowers , organized barbecue and parking. The guest room is fully equipped for living and making breakfast.
The visitors can use the garden with the shady spots and the nice view. They can also use the barbecue in an organized place with table and chairs and the parking too.
