Comfortable ap. by the train station with a few issues

Mixed feelings. Positives- big, airy apart, close to city centre by foot, well equiped. Plenty of space for 5. Good communication with the lady from the estate agency via chat. Negatives and why I wouldn't rent it again- didn't think was properly cleaned on arrival, smudges on all shiny surfaces, dirty windows, rather bad first impression. Very noisy with window open from outside street. No view. Smelly outside corridors. Small parking space.

Family summer short stay

The cleaning service was the most disappointing aspect. We where told to leave the appointment when the cleaning team arrived but never advised in good time when that would have happened and the first time we had to wait much longer than agreed to the apartment to be cleaned but mostly to receive clean towels which we openly requested. Also the windows were not working correctly and given the high temp it was hard to cope with the heat. We requested for some solutions for that but nothing was ever provided.

Great apartment. Few bits needs tidying

The apartment is lovely. Spacious and clean. A couple of things to point out- there is a stain on one of the sofa cushions and 2 of 3 remotes for the TV did not have any batteries. Also the sky did not work. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Thank you

Apartments were gd had everything you need, free wifi was good for kids. Location was gd and had parking too. Coming back to Chester in February thinking bout booking these again depending on price
