Great location with parking
Spacious apartment in a great location with a parking space. Be aware that there is no privacy for the second bedroom as the view from the staircase is just covered with a see through voile curtain. Responsive agent for the property.

You will be pleased to know we are updating the property to include a second privacy curtain so that the guest can choose their level of privacy in the second bedroom.
We have also added a coffee machine and free coffee pods to the apartment since your stay to add value for our guests. And should you choose to stay with us again for 3 nights+ we will include a free breakfast basket.

Fabulous Location in Chester
We could not have been more pleased with the location of the Chester Racecourse property. The home is situated on a quiet street footsteps from the famous Roman walls surrounding the city center. The view of the racecourse is spectacular, and it was just a 3-minute walk to the heart of Chester's historic center. The restaurant recommendations by the host were fabulous. We especially enjoyed the Flowercup for brunch. The host was very communicative and responsive. We had all of the information we needed to seamlessly check-in and check-out. Chester is a beautiful city we hope to revisit soon.

Perfect in Chester
Superbly renovated, spotlessly clean, with all the most modern equipment you could possibly require, the Racecourse apartment is a treat. It is spacious due to the two storeys, beds are incredibly comfortable, but the real wow factor is the comprehensive view across the Racecourse from the lounge/diner in particular. Add to that the fact the the owners are fantastically accessible and helpful, and that the city centre is less than 5 minutes walk, and it’s hard to imagine what you would want to change. Fabulous.

We love Chester for its unique charm and boutiques. We have created many beautiful memories here in Chester including the birth of our daughter Esme.
