About this property
Stylish, Cosy Home in the heart of Chester
This stylish, cosy and newly refurbished 2-bedroom house is located just a 10-15 minute walk from Chester’s city centre.
The 3-story home has a beautiful contemporary living room with a large smart TV for your use. Within the living room there is also a drop-leaf table and 4 chairs for dining in.
Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses!
Upon reaching the first floor of the house, you will find a comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom. The second floor is made up of the spacious second double bedroom complete with a sky light, letting plenty of natural light in. Both bedrooms boast comfortable double beds, modern wardrobes, chest of drawers and elegant finishing touches. Fresh white linen and clean towels will also be provided for you.
The character, end terrace property was built in the 1980s and has been newly refurbished, boasting a new bathroom, kitchen, carpets and a freshly painted interior.
It is a very easy walk into the centre of Chester. The house is located off a road leading straight into the city. Should you walk down the main road, you will pass some of Chester’s iconic Tudor style buildings and a shops, before reaching a brilliant view on the left, of the River Dee and Chester’s meadows, and views down the river of The Duke of Westminster’s Grosvenor Estate. You can also reach the centre by walking down the canal, coming across some lovely bars and restaurants before you reach the centre. By walking down the road or the canal, you will pass by a Waitrose for all your essentials.
With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside.
We are here to help and would be happy to give recommendations for restaurants, bars, good country pubs, Cheshire walks and must see sights! The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand.
There is parking located to the rear of the property in a car park shared with neighbours. Please respect our neighbours and make sure there is enough space for everyone. There is also plenty of free on street parking on the surrounding roads.
Alternatively, the train station is a 5 minute taxi ride or a 15 minute walk to the house.
